Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material a. Tanggal kejadian Penandatanganan Kredit 25 September
2025, namun dalam salah perjanjian tersebut disebutkan
bahwa pencairan baru dapat dilakukan apabila perseroan
teleh memenuhi seluruh persyaratan pencairan.
b. tanggal efektif 2 oktober 2025
c.Tujuan penggunaan Dana untuk membiayai project-project
Perseroan yang sedang berjalan dan project-project yang
akan dikerjakan
d. Dampak diperolehnya fasilitas pinjaman ini,
Perseroan memperoleh tambahan likuiditas dalam pendanaan
operasional dan ekspansi. Dan hal ini tidak terdapat dampak
negatif terhadap kondisi keuangan Perseroan.
e. Transaksi Material tersebut bukan merupakan
transaksi afiliasi sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan
Otoritas Jasa Keuangan mengenai transaksi afiliasi dan
transaksi benturan kepentingan
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dampak diperolehnya fasilitas pinjaman ini, Perseroan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan memperoleh tambahan likuiditas dalam pendanaan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, operasional dan ekspansi. Dan hal ini tidak terdapat dampak
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau negatif terhadap kondisi keuangan Perseroan.
