Sehubungan dengan Perseroan pada tanggal 25 September 2025 memperoleh Fasilitas Kredik Modal Kerja dari
Bank UOB sebesar Rp 25.000.000.000,- (dua puluh lima miliar rupiah). Dan dalam rangka melaksanakan Keterbukaan
Informasi sesuai dengan pasal 6 ayat 1 huruf b dan pasal 11 huruf b Peraturan OJK No.17.04/2020 tentang Transaksi
Material dan Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha. Bersama ini kami sampaikan hal-hal sebagai berikut :

a) Tanggal Kejadian Penandatanganan Kredit : 25 September 2025, namun dalam salah satu perjanjian
tersebut, disebutkan bahwa pencairan baru dapat dilakukan apabila Perseroan telah memenuhi seluruh
persyaratan pencairan.
b) Tanggal efek�f Pencairan : 2 Oktober 2025
c) Tujuan Penggunaan Dana untuk membiayai project – project Perseroan yang sedang berjalan dan project –
project yang akan dikerjakan.
d) Dampak diperolehnya fasilitas pinjaman ini, Perseroan memperoleh tambahan likuiditas dalam pendanaan
operasional dan ekspansi. Dan hal ini �dak terdapat dampak nega�f terhadap kondisi keuangan Perseroan.
e) Transaksi Material tersebut bukan merupakan transaksi afiliasi sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan
Otoritas Jasa Keuangan mengenai transaksi afiliasi dan transaksi benturan kepen�ngan

Subject : Report on the Acquisition of Working Capital Credit Facility (KMK) from Banking Institutions
Dear Sir/Madam,
In connection with the fact that the Company, on September 25, 2025, obtained a Working Capital Credit Facility from
Bank UOB in the amount of IDR 25,000,000,000 (twenty-five billion rupiah), and in order to comply with the Information
Disclosure requirements as stipulated under Article 6 paragraph (1) letter b and Article 11 letter b of OJK Regulation
No.17/POJK.04/2020 concerning Material Transactions and Changes in Business Activities, we hereby convey the
following information:
Name of Issuer: PT Logisticsplus International Tbk
Description of Information:
a) Credit Agreement Signing Date: September 25, 2025, however, one of the agreements stipulates that disbursement
can only be made once the Company has fulfilled all disbursement requirements.
b) Effective Disbursement Date: October 2, 2025
c) Purpose of Fund Utilization: To finance the Company’s ongoing projects as well as upcoming projects to be
undertaken.
d) Impact of the Loan Facility: The Company gains additional liquidity for operational funding and expansion purposes.
This transaction has no adverse effect on the Company’s financial condition.
e) Nature of the Transaction: This material transaction does not constitute an affiliated transaction as defined under
the Financial Services Authority Regulation concerning Affiliated Transactions and Conflict of Interest Transactions.
