Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan dengan ini menyampaikan bahwa telah dilakukan
perubahan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan sebagaimana tertuang
dalam Akta Perubahan Anggaran Dasar No. 34 tanggal 30
September 2025 yang dibuat di hadapan Notaris Utiek R.
Abdurachman, SH., MLI., MKn, Notaris di Jakarta. Perubahan
Anggaran Dasar tersebut antara lain mencakup perubahan
pada Pasal 3 mengenai Maksud dan Tujuan Perseroan, guna
menyesuaikan dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-
undangan yang berlaku serta mendukung pengembangan
kegiatan usaha Perseroan ke depan.
Atas perubahan tersebut, Perseroan telah memperoleh:
Keputusan Menteri Hukum Republik Indonesia Nomor AHU-
0066217.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2025 Tentang Persetujuan
Perubahan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan Terbatas PT Indonesia
Infrastructure Finance tanggal 3 September 2025; dan
Bukti Penerimaan Pemberitahuan Perubahan Anggaran Dasar
Nomor AHU-AH.01.03-0239620 tanggal 30 September 2025

Facts of Association of the Company has been made as stipulated in
Deed of Amendment to the Articles of Association No. 34
dated September 30, 2025, drawn up before Notary Utiek R.
Abdurachman, SH., MLI., MKn, Notary in Jakarta. The
amendment to the Articles of Association, among others,
includes an amendment to Article 3 regarding the Purpose and
Objectives of the Company, in order to align with the prevailing
laws and regulations as well as to support the future
development of the CompanyS business activities.
In relation to the amendment, the Company has obtained:
Decree of the Minister of Law of the Republic of Indonesia No.
AHU-0066217.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2025 regarding the Approval
of the Amendment to the Articles of Association of PT
Indonesia Infrastructure Finance dated September 3, 2025;
and
Proof of Receipt of Notification of Amendment to the Articles of
Association No. AHU-AH.01.03-0239620 dated September 30,
2025, issued by the Ministry of Law.
