The Company hereby informs its Shareholders that based on the PKPU Case Hearing No.
233/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2025/PN Niaga Jkt.Pst, which was held on Wednesday, September 24, 2025,
at the Central Jakarta District Court, the Court rendered a decision:
• Rejecting the Petition for Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) filed by the
Petitioner;
• Ordering the Petitioner to pay court costs in the amount of IDR 2,312,000 (Two million three
hundred and twelve thousand Rupiah)
4. Impact of the Event: The PKPU process against PT Artha Mahiya Investama Tbk is null and void
by law.
5. Other Information: None.
This Information Disclosure is issued by the Company in order to comply with POJK No. 31/2015 as
