Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dengan ini kami informasikan bahwa Perseroan mengalami
kendala dalam penyampaian XBRL limited review Q2-2025
berupa hilangnya beberapa sheet-sheet dalam XBRL form
yang menyebabkan Perseroan tidak dapat melakukan validasi
XBRL form tersebut. Detail kendala sudah disampaikan ke tim
Helpdesk dan dalam hal XBRL form telah beroperasi secara
normal maka Perseroan akan menyampaikan laporan
keuangan terlampir dengan form XBRL secepatnya.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta -
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan

Facts issue in submitting the Q2-2025 XBRL limited review, in the
form of missing several sheets in the XBRL form, which has
prevented the Company from validating the form. The details
of the issue have been reported to the Helpdesk team, and
once the XBRL form is functioning normally, the Company will
immediately submit the attached financial statements along
with the XBRL form.
