ANTAM's ESG Commitment in Commemorating World Rivers Day through
Urban Farming Collaboration and Clean-Up Activities

Jakarta, September 30, 2025 - PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) or ANTAM, with the Ministry of
Environment and the East Jakarta City Government to implement an Urban Farming program along
the banks of the East Flood Canal (Kanal Banjir Timur), Duren Sawit, East Jakarta.

The event was attended by Sayid Muhadhar, Director of Pollution Control and Coastal and Marine
Area Damage at the Ministry of Environment, the Deputy Subdistrict Head of Duren Sawit, the Head
of Duren Sawit Village, and representatives from the East Jakarta City Government.

ANTAM's Commercial Director, Handi Sutanto said that, the Urban Farming program initiated
by ANTAM through Precious Metal Processing and Refinery Business Unit has entered its
second year. It was launched to commemorate World Rivers Day as well as to support the
central government's food security program.

Through this program, from 2023 until August 2025, ANTAM has distributed as many as 4,500
productive and protective plants in East Jakarta.

“On Saturday, September 27, 2025 ANTAM again provided vegetable and fruit seedling
assistance to the East Jakarta City Administration Government at the Long Food Estate location
in Malaka Sari Village, Duren Sawit District. The growth potential that can be utilized by the
community amounts to more than 190,000 vegetable and fruit seedlings,” He said during the
Urban Farming ceremony in Jakarta.

Previously, the harvest handed over in 2024 reached around 360 tons. The seedlings handed over
during this activity were planted along the banks of the Kanal Banjir Timur with a potential harvest
reaching 380 tons, and the results can be directly utilized by the surrounding community.

In addition, the company also carries out the preservation of endemic plants in Jatinegara Kaum
Village, which is part of the Ring 1 area of Precious Metal Processing and Refinery Business Unit. There,
ANTAM collaborates with Forest Farmer Groups and the local community.

“For ANTAM, managing mineral commodities is a mandate given by the State and it is our duty
to ensure the implementation of ESG practices in every operating area to realize tangible
benefits for all communities around the operational areas, including East Jakarta where
Precious Metal Processing and Refinery Business Unit operates,” Handi added.
