NISP Tbk menerima surat OJK No. SR-38/KS.13/2025
tertanggal 24 September 2025 perihal Penyampaian
Keputusan Persetujuan PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk
sebagai PIKK Operasional atas KK OCBC dan
Keputusan Anggota Dewan Komisioner OJK No. KEP-
14/KS.1/2025 tanggal 16 September 2025 tentang
Hasil Keputusan Anggota Dewan Komisioner Otoritas
Jasa Keuangan Atas Persetujuan PT Bank OCBC
NISP Tbk Sebagai Perusahaan Induk Konglomerasi
Keuangan Operasional Atas Konglomerasi Keuangan
OCBC, bersama ini disampaikan bahwa OJK telah
menyetujui PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk sebagai PIKK
Operasional atas KK OCBC.

On September 29, 2025, PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk
Teceived the OJK letter No. SR-38/KS.13/2025 dated
September 24, 2025, regarding Notification on the
Approval of PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk as Operational
FHC of OCBC FC and Decision of the The Board of
Commissioners of OJK No. KEP-14/KS.1/2025 dated
September 16, 2025, regarding Decision of The
Board of Commissioners of Financial Services
Authority on the Approval for PT Bank OCBC NISP
Tbk as the Operational Financial Holding Company of
OCBC Financial Conglomerate, we, hereby, informed
that the OJK has approved PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk
as the Operational FHC of OCBC FC.

anggota, dan

e. PT OCBC NISP Ventura sebagai anggota.

Selanjutnya, PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk akan
melakukan pemenuhan sesuai KADK OJK tersebut
paling lama satu tahun sejak tanggal KADK OJK.
