Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pemerintah telah menetapkan Panin Sekuritas sebagai Mitra
Distribusi SUN Ritel pada Pasar Perdana Domestik sesuai
dengan Peraturan Menteri Keuangan No.27/PMK.08/2020
Tahun 2020 Tentang Penjualan Surat Utang Negara (SUN)
Ritel Di Pasar Perdana Domestik. Penetapan Panin Sekuritas
sebagai Mitra Distribusi tersebut telah ditindaklanjuti dengan
penandatanganan Perjanjian Kerja antara Panin Sekuritas dan
Direktorat Jenderal Pengelolaan Pembiayaan dan Risiko
Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Penambahan instrumen investasi yang ditawarkan Panin
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Sekuritas sehingga dapat meningkatkan jumlah nasabah,
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kegiatan transaksi efek dan pendapatan usaha.
