'Appointment of Panin Sekuritas as a Distribution Partner for the Selling of Government Bond (SUN) Retail. 3.| Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material/ Description of Information or Material Facts Pemerintah telah menetapkan Panin Sekuritas sebagai Mitra Distribusi SUN Ritel pada Pasar Perdana Domestik sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Keuangan No.27IPMK.08/2020 Tahun 2020 Tentang Penjualan Surat Utang Negara (SUN) Ritel Di Pasar Perdana Domestik. Penetapan Panin Sekuritas sebagai Mitra Distribusi tersebut telah ditindaklanjuti dengan penandatanganan Perjanjian Kerja antara Panin Sekuritas dan Direktorat Jenderal Pengelolaan Pembiayaan dan Risiko Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia. The Government has appointed Panin Sekuritas as a Retail Government Bond (SUN) Distribution Partner forthe Domestic Primary Market pursuant to ihe Minister of Finance Regulation No.27/PMK.08/2020 of 2020 concerning the Sale of Retail Government Securities (SUN) in the Domestic Primary Market. This appointment has been followed by the signing of an Agreement between Panin Sekuritas and the Directorate General of Financing & Risk Management, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, 4.| Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik The Impact of such events, information or material fact to the Issuers operation, Law, financial condition or business Penambahan instrumen investasi yang ditawarkan Panin Sekuritas sehingga dapat meningkatkan jumlah nasabah, kegiatan transaksi efek dan pendapatan usaha.
