In connection with the letter from PT Bursa Efek Indonesia with letter number
S-10887/BEI.PP2/09-2025 dated September 18, 2025 regarding the Exchange's Request for
Explanation, we hereby answer the question as follows:
1. Current developments in the takeover plan.
Answer: As of the date of this response, the acquisition process is still in the negotiation
stage between the parties.
2. Estimated time/timeline for the takeover of the Company's shares by the New
Controlling Party.
Answer: As of the date of this response, the takeover process is still in the negotiation
stage between the parties. Therefore, there is no estimated time/timeline for the takeover of
the Company's shares by the new prospective controlling shareholder. The acquisition of
shares will be carried out after the lock-up period for the shares has ended and in
accordance with the commitments of the shareholders as stated in the lock-up share
declaration dated July 17, 2024, which was included in the prospectus during the Initial
Public Offering of Shares.
