Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan hari ini mengumumkan bahwa Perseroan telah
memperoleh fasilitas pinjaman berjangka baru dengan tenor
empat tahun senilai Rp4,65 triliun (Fasilitas Baru) dari PT Bank
DBS Indonesia dan United Overseas Bank Limited. Fasilitas
Baru ini dapat digunakan setiap saat jika dibutuhkan oleh
Perseroan untuk kebutuhan melunasi sisa pinjaman
berdasarkan fasilitas yang telah disepakati pada November
2022 dengan saldo terutang sebesar Rp467 milliar per Juni
2025, untuk keperluan korporasi umum yang mendorong
pertumbuhan Perseroan serta akan dialokasikan untuk
investasi dan kebutuhan modal kerja. Namun demikian, pada
tanggal keterbukaan ini, Perseroan belum melakukan
pencairan fasilitas.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Informasi tersebut tidak berdampak merugikan terhadap
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau

Description of Material Information or The Company today announced that the Company has
Facts obtained a new four-year term loan facility with a total size of
Rp4.65 trillion (New Facility) from PT Bank DBS Indonesia and
United Overseas Bank Limited. This New Facility can be
utilized at any time if needed by the Company for the purpose
to repay the amount outstanding under the existing facility of
the Company, which was agreed in November 2022, of which
Rp467 billion was outstanding as of June 2025, for general
corporate purposes that drive the growth of the Company and
will be allocated for investments and working capital
requirements. However, as of the date of this disclosure, no
disbursement of the facility has been made by the Company.
