Sehubungan dengan Surat BEI Nomor S-10725/BEI.PP3/09-2025 tanggal 16 September 2025 perihal
Permintaan Penjelasan Bursa, maka dengan ini PT Paramita Bangun Sarana Tbk (“Perseroan”)
bermaksud untuk memberikan penjelasan dan tanggapan sebagai berikut: Regarding the IDX letter
number S-10725/BEI.PP3/09-2025 dated September 16, 2025, concerning the Reguest for
Explanation from the Stock Exchange, PT Paramita Bangun Sarana Tbk ("the Company") hereby
intends to provide the following explanation and response:
1.
Berdasarkan laporan keuangan Perseroan periode 30 Juni 2025, terdapat peningkatan signifikan
pada pendapatan dari periode sebelumnya 30 Juni 2024 sebesar Rp320,32 miliar menjadi
Rp707,26 miliar per 30 Juni 2025. Atas hal tersebut agar dijelaskan: Based on the Company's
financial statements for the period ended June 30, 2025, there was a significant increase in
revenue from the previous period ended June 30, 2024, from Rp320.32 billion to Rp707.26 billion
as of June 30, 2025. Please provide an explanation for this.
Apakah yang melatarbelakangi peningkatan pendapatan Perseroan? khususnya
peningkatan dari segi pendapatan konstruksi. What are the factors behind the increase in
the Company's revenue, specifically the increase in construction revenue?
Tanggapan Perseroan: Peningkatan pendapatan seiring dengan peningkatan kinerja
Perseroan untuk melaksanakan kontrak strategis yang masih berjalan di tahun 2025 dengan
sangat baik, terutama kontrak strategis yang diperoleh di kuartal Ill (ketiga) dan IV
(keempat) tahun 2024. The Company recorded an increase in revenue in line with its
improved performance in executing ongoing strategic contracts in 2025 with excellence,
particularly those secured in the third and fourth guarters of 2024.
Detail kontrak strategis yang masih berjalan, termasuk kontrak strategis baru di tahun 2025,
dijelaskan di point 2 di bawah ini, dimana hal ini menunjukkan hasil dari strategi Perseroan
untuk terus melakukan peningkatan atas pendapatan konstruksi melalui fokus pada core
business di sektor konstruksi Industrial dan diversifikasi pendapatan di sektor konstruksi

It reflects the successful execution of the Company's strategy to continuously enhance construction revenue by maintaining a strong focus on its core business in the Industrial construction sector, while at the same time diversifying revenue streams across other construction segments. Peningkatan pendapatan tersebut juga menunjukkan bahwa Perseroan dalam jalur yang tepat untuk mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan di tahun 2025 dan menjaga pertumbuhan berkelanjutan yang telah dilakukan oleh Perseroan di tahun-tahun sebelumnya. This revenue growth further demonstrates that the Company is on the right trajectory to achieve its 2025 targets and maintain the positive growth that consistently achieved in prior years. b. Perseroan mulai mencatat pendapatan dari kegiatan manajemen gedung pada periode berjalan, sementara pada periode sebelumnya per 30 Juni 2024 belum terdapat pendapatan dari kegiatan tersebut. The Company commenced the recognition of revenue from building management activities in the current period, whereas no such revenue was recorded in the prior period as of June 30, 2024. Tanggapan Perseroan: Pendapatan manajemen gedung adalah segmen bisnis anak usaha Perseroan yang mulai beroperasi secara efektif di Oktober 2024, sehingga pendapatannya akan terlihat di Laporan Keuangan Perseroan per 31 Desember 2024. Segmen bisnis baru tersebut merupakan strategi Perseroan untuk melakukan ulitisasi secara efektif atas gedung kantor yang dimiliki Perseroran. Company's Response: The building management revenue represents a business segment of the Company's subsidiary, which commenced effective operations in October 2024. Accordingly, such revenue was only reflected in the Company's Financial Statements as of December 31, 2024. This new business segment forms part of the Companys5 strategy to effectively optimize the utilization of its office building assets. 2. Agar disampaikan proyek konstruksi yang saat ini sedang dan/atau akan dikerjakan Perseroan. Kindly provide a list of the construction projects the Company is currently undertaking or will be undertaking. Tanggapan Perseroan: Perseroan dan anak usaha memiliki proyek kontruksi yang saat ini sedang dan/atau dikerjakan, dengan nilai kontrak sebesar Rp 1,7 Triliun, dengan detil kontrak di atas Rp 50 Miliar sebagai berikut: Company's Response: The Company and its subsidiaries currently have construction projects that are ongoing and/or in progress, with a total contract value of IDR 1.7 trillion.
