KB FINANSIA MULTI FINANCE Perseroan telah disetujui berdasarkan Keputusan Dewan Komisioner Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Tentang Hasil Penilaian Kemampuan dan Kepatutan Bapak Peter Halim selaku Calon Direktur Utama Perseroan yang ditetapkan pada tanggal 11 September 2025. Sehubungan dengan hal ini Perseroan telah menegaskan kembali penunjukan Bapak Peter Halim sebagai Direktur Utama Perseroan pada Akta No. 82 tanggal 16 September 2025, yang dibuat di hadapan Notaris Jose Dima Satria, S.H., M.Kn., Notaris di Jakarta Selatan dan telah disetujui oleh Menteri Hukum Republik Indonesia berdasarkan — Penerimaan — Pemberitahuan Perubahan Data Perseroan No. AHU-AH.01.09-0338247 tanggal 16 September 2025 sehubungan dengan perubahan susunan pengurus Perseroan.
