Chandra Asri Group and EGCO Group Inject Additional Capital to CDI
                 Group

Chandra Asri Group together with Electricity Generating Public
Company Limited (EGCO Group), have jointly injected additional
capital into CDI Group. The injection of funds totaled US$ 185 million,
of which Chandra Asri Group contributed US$ 90 million and EGCO
                 Group US$ 95 million.

This additional investment reflects Chandra Asri Group and EGCO
Group's strong belief in CDI Group's long-term growth potential, as
well as the Company's ongoing commitment to developing high-
quality, environmentally responsible infrastructure platforms across
Southeast Asia. CDI Group will continue to focus on driving sustainable
growth and creating long-term value through its broad portfolio of
                 growing infrastructure assets.

CDI Group Completes Acquisition of PT Barito Investa Prima

On 21 April 2025, CDI Group, together with PT Buana Primatama Niaga
(BPN), completed the acquisition of 100% of PT Barito Investa Prima
(BIP) — totaling 20,400 shares — from PT Barito Pacific Tbk and PT
Griya Idola for IDR 90 billion.

The acquisition is intended to strengthen CDI Group’s land logistics and
infrastructure portfolio. BIP, which operates in the warehousing and
storage sector, will complement CDI Group’s integrated logistics
platform. This strategic move expands CDI Group’s service capacity,
enhances value chain integration, and reinforces the Company’s long-
                 term sustainable growth strategy.

CDI Group Commissions Ethylene Gas Carrier Vessels to Strengthen
                 Petrochemical Supply Chain Integration

CDI Group, through its subsidiary PT Chandra Shipping International
(CSI), has commenced operations of two ethylene gas carrier vessels
                 — a strategic step to strengthen maritime logistics and ensure smooth
feedstock distribution between Chandra Asri Group’s Cilegon facility
and Aster Chemicals and Energy Pte. Ltd. in Singapore. CSI provides
efficient and competitive feedstock transportation solutions across the
region, with the capability to operate in both domestic and
international waters. Currently managing eight chemical and gas
vessels, the Company also extends its services to third parties and is
exploring opportunities in ship management and maintenance. These
efforts reinforce CDI Group’s position as a Growth Partner for
Southeast Asia’s petrochemical industry, supporting the region’s
                 growing industrial and energy needs.

                                                                                            3
