menyampaikan bahwa Ibu Sumarjati Arjoso selaku Komisaris
Perseroan, telah meninggal dunia pada Jumat, 24 Juli 2026,
pukul 19.59 WIB.
Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, terhitung sejak tanggal
meninggal dunia tersebut, masa jabatan almarhumah sebagai
anggota Dewan Komisaris Perseroan berakhir (berhenti)
sesuai dengan ketentuan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Peristiwa ini tidak menimbulkan dampak material terhadap
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kegiatan operasional, kondisi keuangan, maupun
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. Fungsi pengawasan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perseroan tetap berjalan sesuai dengan ketentuan tata kelola
Perusahaan Publik perusahaan yang berlaku.

Board of Commissioners has concluded, in accordance with
the provisions of the Companys Articles of Association.
