Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 12 September 2025, Direksi Perseroan telah
memutuskan untuk tidak melanjutkan penghimpunan dana dari
sisa plafon PUB Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Samator Indo Gas
Tahun 2023.
Target dana dari PUB Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Samator Indo
Gas Tahun 2023 adalah sebesar Rp750.000.000.000 (tujuh
ratus lima puluh milyar Rupiah).
Sampai dengan saat ini, Perseroan telah menghimpun dana
sebesar Rp70.000.000.000 (tujuh puluh milyar Rupiah) dari
Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Samator Indo Gas Tahap I Tahun
2023 Seri A dan Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Samator Indo Gas
Tahap I Tahun 2023 Seri B
Sisa plafon yang belum dihimpun dari PUB Obligasi
Berkelanjutan III Samator Indo Gas Tahun 2023 adalah
sebesar Rp680.000.000.000 (enam ratus delapan puluh milyar
Rupiah) dengan masa berlaku sampai dengan 28 September
2025.
Keputusan ini dilakukan dengan pertimbangan bahwa pada
tahun ini Perseroan berencana untuk memanfaatkan fasilitas
pinjaman sindikasi yang masih tersedia, yang mana masih
cukup untuk kegiatan ekspansi dan operasional perusahaan.

material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

Description of Material Information or On September 12, 2025, the Company's Board of Directors
Facts decided not to continue raising funds from the remaining
ceiling of the Continus Public Offering of Sustainable Bonds III
Samator Indo Gas Year 2023.
The targeted fund collected from the Continus Public Offering
of Sustainable Bonds III Samator Indo Gas Year 2023 is IDR
750,000,000,000 (seven hundred and fifty billion Rupiah).
To date, the Company has raised funds amounting to IDR
70,000,000,000 (seventy billion Rupiah) from the Samator Indo
Gas Sustainable Bond III Phase I 2023 Series A and the
Samator Indo Gas Sustainable Bond III Phase I 2023 Series B.
The remaining balance that has not been raised from the
Continus Public Offering of Sustainable Bonds III Samator
Indo Gas Year 2023 totaling to Rp680,000,000,000 (six
hundred and eighty billion Rupiah) with validity period until
September 28, 2025.
This decision was made considering that this year the
Company plans to utilize the available syndicated loan facility,
which is sufficient to cover the company's expansion and
operational activities.
