Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Keterbukaan informasi ini dibuat dan ditujukan dalam rangka
memenuhi peraturan otoritas jasa keuangan no. 13 tahun
2023 dan peraturan otoritas jasa keuangan no. 29 tahun 2023,
dan surat otoritas jasa keuangan No. S-17/D.04/2025 tanggal
18 Meret 2025 terkait pembelian kembali saham yang
dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan terbuka dan dalam kondisi pasar
yang berfluktuasi secara signifikan. Informasi lebih lanjut harap
melihat lampiran.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perseroan berkeyakinan bahwa pelaksanaan transaksi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan pembelian kembali saham Perseroan tidak akan memberikan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, dampak yang material terhadap kegiatan usaha serta dampak
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau langsung terhadap pendapatan Perseroan. Namun akan
Perusahaan Publik meningkatkan nilai Pemegang saham serta struktur
permodalan yang lebih baik. Informasi lebih lanjut harap

Type of Material Information or Facts CSRA's Share Buyback Plan
Description of Material Information or This disclosure is made and presented in compliance with
Facts Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 13 of 2023 and
Regulation No. 29 of 2023, as well as the Financial Services
Authority Letter No. S-17/D.04/2025 dated March 18, 2025,
concerning the buyback of shares issued by a public company
under significantly fluctuating market conditions.
Impact of event, material information or The Company believes that the execution of the share
facts towards Issuers or Public buyback transaction will not have a material impact on its
Company’s operational activities, legal, business activities nor a direct impact on the Company's
financial condition, or going concern revenue. However, it is expected to enhance shareholder
value and result in a more optimal capital structure. For further
information, please refer to the attachment.
