2025 regarding the Reguest for Clarification of News in Mass Media (hereinafter referred to as “IDX
Letter”), we, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (hereinafter referred to as “BCA”) hereby inform as follows:

Regarding with the information on BCA's Customer Fund Account (RDN) in one of securities
companies, we can assure you that our system is secure. BCA, jointly with the related securities
company, are currently conducting an in-depth investigation about the incident.

BCA has conducted necessary steps, including coordinating with the securities company and fund
recipient institution. BCA are committed in supporting the investigation from all related parties.
