Merujuk Surat PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor S-10321/BEI.PP3/09-2025 kepada PT PP (Persero) Tbk
(“Perseroan”) tanggal 8 September 2025 perihal Permintaan Penjelasan dengan ini Perseroan jelaskan
sebagai berikut:
Referring to the Indonesian Stock Exchange's Letter S-10321/BEI.PP3/09-2025 to PT PP (Persero) Tbk
(“the Company”) dated Sept 8th, 2025 regarding the Indonesia Stock Exchange's Request, hereby
we explain as follows:
1. Konfirmasi mengenai kebenaran informasi tersebut terutama terkait adanya Permohonan
Pernyataan Pailit kepada Perseroan (Perseroan agar mengkonfirmasi terlebih dahulu kepada
kuasa hukum Perseroan, pengadilan atau pihak terkait),
Penjelasan :
Sehubungan dengan adanya Permohonan Pernyataan Pailit kepada Perseroan, melalui
tanggapan ini Perseroan menyampaikan konfirmasi kebenaran atas informasi tersebut
berdasarkan informasi yang termuat pada halaman Sistem Informasi Penelusuran Perkara
Pengadilan Niaga Jakarta Pusat dengan nomor perkara 50/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2025/PN Niaga

Jkt.Pst. Namun hingga tanggapan ini dibuat, Perseroan belum menerima Relaas Panggilan
resmi dari Pengadilan Niaga Jakarta Pusat.
Explanation:
In connection with the Temporary Bankruptcy Petition filed against the Company, through this
response the Company confirms the accuracy of such information based on the records available
on the Central Jakarta Commercial Court's Case Tracking Information System under case
number 50/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2025/PN Niaga Jkt.Pst. However, as of the date of this response, the
Company has not yet received an official Summons (Relaas Panggilan) from the Central Jakarta
Commercial Court.
2. Hubungan antara Perseroan dengan PT Stahlindo Jaya Perkasa dan PT Sinar Baja Prima selaku
Pemohon pernyataan Pailit,
Penjelasan :
Adapun hubungan antara Perseroan dengan Pemohon Pernyataan Pailit merupakan vendor dari
Perseroan dan Kerja Sama Operasi (KSO) PP – Urban yang melibatkan Perseroan.
Explanation:
The relationship between the Company and the Petitioner of the Bankruptcy Declaration is that
the Petitioner is a vendor of the Company and of the Joint Operation (KSO) PP – Urban involving
the Company.
3. Kronologi dan penyebab Permohonan Pernyataan Pailit,
Penjelasan :
Sampai dengan tanggapan ini dibuat, Perseroan sampaikan bahwa Pemohon Pernyataan Pailit
mempunyai hubungan hukum dan utang piutang dengan Perseroan dan KSO PP-Urban. Untuk
selanjutnya kronologi dan penyebab akan kami infokan lebih detail setelah adanya relaas.
Explanation:
As of the date of this response, the Company conveys that and the Petitioner of the Bankruptcy
Declaration has a legal relationship and receivables with the Company and KSO PP-Urban.
Further details regarding the chronology and underlying causes will be provided after the official
summons (relaas) is received.

4. Nilai Permohonan Pernyataan Pailit yang disampaikan Penggugat,
Penjelasan :
Sampai dengan tanggapan ini dibuat, Perseroan belum menerima relaas. Untuk selanjutnya nilai
permohonan pernyataan pailit akan kami infokan setelah adanya relaas.
Explanation:
As of the date of this response, the Company has not yet received the official summons (relaas).
The amount of the bankruptcy petition will be provided subsequently after the relaas is received.
5. Nilai Permohonan Pernyataan Pailit dibandingkan dengan total kewajiban Perseroan,
Penjelasan :
Sampai dengan tanggapan ini dibuat, Perseroan belum menerima relaas. Untuk selanjutnya nilai
permohonan pernyataan pailit dan total kewajiban Perseroan akan kami infokan setelah adanya
relaas.
Explanation:
As of the date of this response, the Company has not yet received the official summons (relaas).
The amount of the bankruptcy petition and the Company's total liabilities will be provided
subsequently after the relaas is received.
6. Dampak Permohonan Pernyataan Pailit yang timbul dan akan timbul terhadap operasional dan
keuangan Perseroan,
Penjelasan :
Sampai dengan saat ini, proses pemeriksaan tersebut tidak berdampak secara material
terhadap kelangsungan operasional maupun aktivitas bisnis perusahaan. Perseroan tetap
menjalankan kegiatan usaha secara normal dan profesional, sesuai komitmen perusahaan
dalam menjaga kepercayaan para pemangku kepentingan. Seluruh proyek, layanan, dan fungsi
bisnis berjalan sebagaimana mestinya.
Explanation:
As of this date, the examination process has no material impact on the Company's operational
continuity or business activities. The Company continues to carry out its business operations in
a normal and professional manner, in line with its commitment to maintaining the trust of
stakeholders. All projects, services, and business functions are proceeding as usual.

7. Dampak Permohonan Pernyataan Pailit tersebut terhadap pemenuhan kewajiban kepada
pemasok dan subkontraktor Perseroan,
Penjelasan :
Sampai dengan saat ini, belum ada dampak terhadap pemenuhan kewajiban kepada pemasok
dan subkontraktor. Perseroan berkomitmen untuk tetap memenuhi kewajiban kepada pemasok
dan subkontraktor sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku di Perseroan.
Explanation:
As of this date, there has been no impact on the fulfillment of obligations to suppliers and
subcontractors. The Company remains committed to honoring its obligations to suppliers and
subcontractors in accordance with the procedures applicable within the Company.
8. Tingkat materialitas atas dampak Permohonan Pernyataan Pailit tersebut terhadap aktivitas
operasional dan kondisi keuangan Perseroan,
Penjelasan :
Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, Perseroan akan menyampaikan lebih lanjut mengenai Tingkat
materialitas atas dampak dari Permohonan Pernyataan Pailit setelah menerima Relaas dari
Pengadilan.
Explanation:
In relation to the matter, the Company will provide further information regarding the materiality
level of the impact of the Bankruptcy Petition after receiving the official Summons (Relaas) from
the Court.
9. Langkah yang dilakukan Perseroan dalam menghadapi Permohonan Pernyataan Pailit tersebut,

ampai dengan terbitnya tanggapan ini, saat ini belum ada langkah yang bisa diambil oleh

Perseroan dikarenakan Perseroan belum menerima Relaas dari pengadilan. Perseroan akan
mengikuti dan menghormati proses hukum yang ada dan hingga saat ini, belum ada informasi
atas proses lebih lanjut atas perkara dimaksud.

Explanation:
As of the issuance of this response, the Company has not yet taken any steps since it has not
received the official Summons (Relaas) from the Court. The Company will adhere to and respect
the ongoing legal process, and up to this point, no further information regarding the case has
been received.
10. Informasi mengenai persidangan yang akan dihadiri Perseroan atas Permohonan Pernyataan
Pailit tersebut,
Penjelasan :
Sampai dengan dibuatnya tanggapan ini, Perseroan belum menerima Relaas Panggilan Sidang
dari Pengadilan Niaga Jakarta Pusat.
Explanation:
As of the date of this response, the Company has not yet received the Court Summons (Relaas
Panggilan Sidang) from the Central Jakarta Commercial Court.
11. Komitmen Perseroan untuk menyelesaikan kewajiban kepada kreditur Perseroan dan Pemohon
Pernyataan Pailit,
Penjelasan :
Perseron tetap berkomitmen menyelesaikan seluruh kewajiban kepada Kreditur dan Pemohon
Pernyataan Pailit, sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku di Perseroan dan ketentuan peraturan
perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
Explanation:
The Company remains committed to fulfilling all obligations to the Creditors and the Petitioner of
the Bankruptcy Declaration, in accordance with the Company's applicable procedures and the
prevailing laws and regulations.
12. Informasi/ kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi kelangsungan hidup
Perusahaan serta dapat mempengaruhi harga saham Perusahaan,

Sampai dengan terbitnya tanggapan ini, tidak terdapat informasi/ fakta/ kejadian penting yang
material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga saham Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup
Perseroan yang wajib diungkapkan kepada publik. Meskipun demikian, Perseroan akan
berkomitmen untuk melakukan keterbukaan informasi terhadap segala jenis informasi/ fakta/

As of the issuance of this response, there is no material information, fact, or significant event
that may affect the Company's share price or business continuity which is required to be
disclosed to the public. Nevertheless, the Company remains committed to disclosing any
material information, facts, or significant events that may affect the Company's securities price
or business continuity, in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations.
