yang diselenggarakan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI).
Agenda tahunan ini merupakan bagian dari komitmen
transparansi dan keterbukaan informasi PANI kepada publik
dan investor. Dalam kesempatan ini, jajaran Direksi PANI
memaparkan capaian kinerja Semester I-2025 yang
menunjukkan tren pertumbuhan berkelanjutan. Hingga Juni
2025, PANI berhasil mencatatkan kinerja yang solid di tengah
dinamika pasar properti nasional. Pendapatan usaha
mencapai Rp1,6 triliun atau tumbuh 22% YoY, didorong oleh
serah terima unit hunian dan komersial pada kuartal II serta
tren penurunan suku bunga acuan yang mendorong minat beli
masyarakat terhadap properti.

Description of Material Information or PANI participated in the Public Expose Live 2025 organized by
Facts the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This annual event forms
part of PANIs commitment to transparency and information
disclosure to the public and investors. During the event, PANIs
Board of Directors presented the Companys performance for
the first half of 2025, reflecting a sustainable growth trend. As
of June 2025, PANI achieved solid performance amid the
dynamics of the national property market. Revenue reached
IDR 1.6 trillion, up 22% YoY, driven by the handover of
residential and commercial units in Q2, as well as the declining
benchmark interest rates which encouraged the public interest
in property.
