Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk (PGE) (IDX: PGEO)
menandatangani Trade Facility Agreement dengan PT Bank
Mizuho Indonesia di Grha Pertamina, Jakarta. Kerja sama ini
berupa fasilitas non-cash loan dengan plafon hingga US$75
juta yang diberikan tanpa agunan (clean basis), skema yang
mencerminkan tingkat kepercayaan tinggi terhadap profil risiko
dan kinerja keuangan PGE.
Fasilitas tersebut merupakan fasilitas pinjaman dan trade
tanpa komitmen (omnibus facility) yang mencakup fasilitas
Bank Garansi, Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC), Letter of
Credit (L/C) Impor, Account Payable Financing (APF), serta
fasilitas pinjaman berulang (revolving loan facility). Kehadiran
fasilitas ini akan mendukung kebutuhan operasional dan
pengembangan proyek panas bumi PGE.
Direktur Keuangan PGE Fransetya Hutabarat percaya bahwa
kerja sama ini menjadi langkah strategis dalam memperluas
akses pendanaan perusahaan sekaligus memperkuat
fleksibilitas pembiayaan untuk mendukung agenda
pertumbuhan jangka panjang.
Kami mengapresiasi kepercayaan dan dukungan Bank Mizuho
Indonesia melalui fasilitas ini. Fasilitas ini akan mendukung
kebutuhan operasional dan pengembangan proyek-proyek
PGE ke depan, sekaligus menjadi fondasi kemitraan jangka

kolaborasi ini dapat terus berkembang dan bersama-sama
mendorong percepatan transisi energi menuju Net Zero

komitmen Bank Mizuho Indonesia dalam mendukung
pengembangan energi bersih di Indonesia sekaligus
memperkuat kolaborasi jangka panjang dengan PGE.

geothermal centre of excellence, PGE terus mengedepankan
strategi pendanaan yang sehat dan prudent untuk memastikan
keberlanjutan investasi pada proyek-proyek pengembangan
panas bumi. Melalui kolaborasi dengan berbagai institusi
keuangan internasional, Perseroan memperkuat fondasi
pendanaan guna mendukung target kapasitas terpasang yang
dikelola mandiri mencapai 1 gigawatt (GW) pada 2028 dan
meningkat menjadi 1,8 GW pada 2034.
Upaya tersebut memperkuat kontribusi PGE dalam
mempercepat pengembangan panas bumi nasional sekaligus
mendukung ketahanan dan swasembada energi Indonesia
memasuki abad kedua pengembangan panas bumi.

Facts signed a Trade Facility Agreement with PT Bank Mizuho
Indonesia at Grha Pertamina in Jakarta. This partnership
involves a non-cash loan facility with a credit line of up to
US$75 million provided on an unsecured basis (clean basis), a
structure that reflects a high level of confidence in PGEs risk
profile and financial performance.
The facility is an uncommitted omnibus facility covering bank
guarantees, standby letters of credit (SBLCs), import letters of
credit (L/Cs), accounts payable financing (APF), and a
revolving loan facility. This facility will support PGEs
operational needs and geothermal project development.
PGEs Chief Financial Officer, Fransetya Hutabarat, believes
that this collaboration is a strategic step toward expanding the
companys access to funding while strengthening financing
flexibility to support its long-term growth agenda.
We appreciate the trust and support from Mizuho Bank
Indonesia through this facility. This facility will support PGEs
future operational and project development needs, while also
serving as the foundation for a mutually beneficial long-term
partnership. We hope this collaboration will continue to grow
and that together we can accelerate the energy transition
toward Net Zero Emissions in Indonesia, said Fransetya.
Heru Gautama Hatman, Marketing Director of PT Bank Mizuho
Indonesia, said this partnership reflects Bank Mizuho
Indonesias commitment to supporting the development of
clean energy in Indonesia while strengthening its long-term
collaboration with PGE.

Mizuho Indonesia. We hope this partnership will not only serve
as a financing facility but also as a form of support for PGEs
ambition to become a leading example of geothermal
development, not only in Indonesia but also globally, he said.
The partnership with Mizuho Bank Indonesia, which is part of
one of Japans largest financial services groups, further
strengthens PGEs green financing ecosystem, which has
previously been supported by various funding sources,
including sustainable financing instruments and partnerships
with various international financial institutions.
As a world-leading geothermal producer and a geothermal
center of excellence, PGE continues to prioritize sound and
prudent financing strategies to ensure the sustainability of
investments in geothermal development projects. Through
collaboration with various international financial institutions, the
Company is strengthening its funding foundation to support its
target of achieving 1 gigawatt (GW) of self-managed installed
capacity by 2028, increasing to 1.8 GW by 2034.
These efforts reinforce PGEs contribution to accelerating
national geothermal development while supporting Indonesias
energy security and self-sufficiency as the country enters the
second century of geothermal development.
