Keputusan Menteri Hukum tersebut ditetapkan pada tanggal 20 Juli 2026 dan telah diterima oleh Perseroan pada tanggal 21 Juli 2026, sehingga sejak tanggal tersebut perubahan nama Perseroan telah berlaku sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, dengan ini Perseroan memohon kepada PT Bursa Efek Indonesia agar dapat melakukan penyesuaian nama Emiten pada Kode Bursa PNGO, dari yang semula tercantum sebagai PT Pinago Utama Tbk menjadi PT AEP Pinago Plantations Tbk, tanpa mengubah kode saham PNGO yang telah Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to the issuance of the Decree of the Minister of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number AHU-0056889.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2026 regarding the Approval of the Amendment to the Articles of Association of PT AEP PINAGO PLANTATIONS Tbk, we hereby inform you that the Company has obtained approval for the change of its name from PT Pinago Utama Tbk to PT AEP Pinago Plantations Tbk. The Ministerial Decree was issued on 20 July 2026 and was received by the Company on 21 July 2026. Accordingly, as of such date, the Company's change of name has become effective in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia. In connection with the foregoing, the Company hereby respectfully reguests that the Indonesia Stock Exchange adjust the issuer's name under the stock code PNGO, from PT Pinago Utama Tbk to PT AEP Pinago Plantations Tbk, without changing the Company's existing stock code, PNGO.
