Permohonan PKPU Nomor Perkara 178 Kepada PT Waskita

Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bahwa penetapan putusan atas Permohonan Pencabutan
PKPU 178 WSKT pada hari Senin, tanggal 8 September 2025
telah ditetapkan melalui e-court yang menyatakan bahwa:
1. Mengabulkan pencabutan permohonan Penundaan
Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang (PKPU) oleh Pemohon PKPU;
2. Menyatakan sah pencabutan permohonan Penundaan
Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang (PKPU) yang terdaftar di
Kepaniteraan Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri
Jakarta Pusat dibawah Reg. Nomor 178/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2025/PN Niaga Jkt.Pst;
3. Memerintahkan Panitera Pengadilan Niaga pada
Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat untuk mencatat perkara
Nomor 178/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2025/PN Niaga Jkt.Pst., dari Buku
Register tersebut telah dicabut oleh Pemohon PKPU tersebut;
4. Membebankan biaya perkara Penundaan Kewajiban
Pembayaran Utang (PKPU) ini kepada Pemohon PKPU
sejumlah Rp.2.604.000,00 (dua juta enam ratus empat ribu
rupiah).

Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dapat kami sampaikan bahwa dengan adanya penetapan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan pencabutan PKPU tersebut, menunjukkan itikad baik
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan dalam menjaga hubungan dengan para kreditur
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau serta memperkuat kepercayaan pemangku kepentingan
Perusahaan Publik terhadap komitmen Perseroan dalam menjaga kelangsungan
usaha dan keberlanjutan operasional. Pencabutan ini
diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap
stabilitas kinerja dan reputasi Perseroan di masa yang akan
datang.

Type of Material Information or Facts Revocation of the Petition for Suspension of Debt Payment
Obligations, Case No. 178 against PT Waskita Karya (Persero)

Description of Material Information or That the decision on the Application for Revocation of PKPU
Facts 178 WSKT on Monday, September 8, 2025 has been
determined through e-court which states that:
1. Grant the revocation of the application for Suspension of
Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) by the PKPU Petitioner;
2. Declare valid the revocation of the application for
Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) registered at
the Registrars Office of the Commercial Court at the Central
Jakarta District Court under Reg. Number 178/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2025/PN Niaga Jkt.Pst.;
3. Order the Registrar of the Commercial Court at the Central
Jakarta District Court to record that Case Number
178/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2025/PN Niaga Jkt.Pst. has been revoked
by the PKPU Petitioner from the Register Book;
4. Impose the case fee for the Suspension of Debt Payment
Obligations (PKPU) on the PKPU Petitioner in the amount of
Rp.2,604,000.00 (two million six hundred and four thousand
rupiah).

facts towards Issuers or Public demonstrates the Company's good faith in maintaining
Company’s operational activities, legal, relationships with creditors and strengthening stakeholder trust
