Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 8 September 2025, Perseroan dan Kopindosat
telah menandatangani Perjanjian Kerjasama yang merupakan
Transaksi Afiliasi berupa kerjasama pengadaan jasa Managed
Service di bidang pengadaan jasa pemasangan perangkat,
infrastruktur jaringan telekomunikasi dan layanan lainnya,
yang merupakan kegiatan usaha atau operational Perseroan
yang dijalankan dalam rangka menghasilkan pendapatan
usaha Perseroan.
Nilai Transaksi Perjanjian ini sebesar Rp2.600.000.000,- (dua
miliar enam ratus juta rupiah).
Penjelasan detil dalam Lampiran.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Transaksi ini berdampak positif dan tidak ada dampak yang
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan merugikan terhadap kegiatan usaha Perseroan, kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan maupun kelangsungan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau usaha Perusahaan.
