Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan Keterbukaan Informasi Perseroan
tanggal 2 Juli 2025 dan 3 Juli 2025 mengenai rencana
Pembelian Kembali Saham, yang mengumumkan bahwa
perkiraan tanggal pembayaran dan penyerahan saham
sehubungan dengan Pembelian Kembali Saham adalah
selambatnya 26 September 2025, maka Perseroan dengan ini
menginformasikan bahwa pada hari ini, tanggal 8 September
2025, telah menetapkan tanggal pasti akan dilakukannya
pembayaran dan penyerahan saham sehubungan dengan
Pembelian Kembali Saham yaitu tanggal 15 September 2025.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pembayaran dan penyerahan saham sehubungan dengan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Pembelian Kembali Saham pada tanggal 15 September 2025
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, tidak akan memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap Perseroan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau mengingat Perseroan telah menyediakan dana untuk
Perusahaan Publik keperluan tersebut

is no later than 26 September 2025, the Company hereby
informs that today, 8 September 2025, the Company has set
the definite date for the payment and delivery of shares in
connection with the Shares Buyback, which is 15 September
2025
