telah diubah dengan Peraturan OJK No. 45 tahun 2024 tentang Pengembangan dan Penguatan Emiten
dan Perusahaan Publik ("POJK 31/2015"), dan (ii) Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No.
Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 tanggal 30 September 2022 perihal Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban
Penyampaian Informasi (“Peraturan BEI I-E"), bersama ini kami sampaikan laporan informasi atau

Companies ("OJK Regulation 31/2015”), and (ii) Decision of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia
Stock Exchange No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 dated 30 September 2022 regarding Regulation Number
I-E concerning the Obligation to Submit Information ("IDX Regulation I-E"), we hereby submit the report

saham dari pemegang saham yang telah menyatakan
maksud untuk menjual sahamnya kepada Perseroan
karena tidak menyetujui penggabungan antara Perseroan
dengan PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk
(“Pembelian Kembali Saham”).
Information regarding the payment date of the share
buyback by the Company and the delivery date of shares
from shareholders who have expressed their intention to
sell their shares to the Company due to their dissent
regarding the merger between the Company and PT Adira
Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk ("Shares Buyback").
Sehubungan dengan Keterbukaan Informasi Perseroan
tanggal 2 Juli 2025 dan 3 Juli 2025 mengenai rencana
Pembelian Kembali Saham, yang mengumumkan bahwa
perkiraan tanggal pembayaran dan penyerahan saham
. sehubungan dengan Pembelian Kembali Saham adalah
selambatnya 26 September 2025, maka Perseroan
dengan ini menginformasikan bahwa pada hari ini,
tanggal 8 September 2025, telah menetapkan tanggal
pasti akan dilakukannya pembayaran dan penyerahan
saham sehubungan dengan Pembelian Kembali Saham
yaitu tanggal 15 September 2025.
In connection with the Company's Information Disclosure
dated 2 July 2025, and 3 July 2025 regarding the
Company's Shares Buyback plan, which announced that
the estimated payment and share delivery date in
connection with the Shares Buyback is no later than 26
September 2025, the Company hereby informs that today,
8 September 2025, the Company has set the definite date
for the payment and delivery of shares in connection with
the Shares Buyback, which is 15 September 2025.
Pembayaran dan penyerahan saham sehubungan
dengan Pembelian Kembali Saham pada tanggal 15
September 2025 tidak akan memiliki dampak signifikan
terhadap Perseroan mengingat Perseroan telah
menyediakan dana untuk keperluan tersebut.
The payment and the delivery of shares in connection with
the Shares Buyback on 15 September 2025 will not have
a significant impact on the company, as the necessary
funds have already been allocated for this purpose.
