PENGUMUMAN HASIL PELAKSANAAN
PENAMBAHAN MODAL TANPA HAK MEMESAN EFEK TERLEBIH DAHULU TAHAP III
(“PMTHMETD III”)
PT PANTAI INDAH KAPUK DUA TBK (”PERSEROAN”)
Dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan Pasal 43B Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (“POJK”) No.
32/POJK.04/2015 tentang Penambahan Modal Perusahaan Terbuka dengan Memberikan Hak Memesan
Efek Terlebih Dahulu sebagaimana telah diubah oleh POJK No. 14/POJK.04/2019 tentang Perubahan atas
Peraturan OJK No. 32/POJK.04/2015 tentang Penambahan Modal Perusahaan Terbuka dengan
Memberikan Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu, bersama ini kami sampaikan hasil pelaksanaan
PMTHMETD III sebagai berikut:
1. Jumlah saham baru yang diterbitkan dalam : 20.906.000 (dua puluh juta sembilan ratus enam ribu)
PMTHMETD III lembar saham dengan harga nominal Rp100 (seratus
Rupiah) per lembar saham
2. Harga Pelaksanaan PMTHMETD III : Rp14.350,- (empat belas ribu tiga ratus lima puluh
Rupiah)
3. Tanggal Pelaksanaan PMTHMETD III : 2 September 2025
4. Tanggal Pencatatan Saham Baru : 3 September 2025

5. Pihak yang menjadi Pembeli Saham Baru : PT Multi Artha Pratama (“MAP”)
Hasil PMTHMETD III
6. Rencana Penggunaan Dana PMTHMETD : Dana yang diperoleh akan digunakan untuk
III merealisasikan rencana bisnis sesuai dengan target
penggunaan dana, khususnya untuk memperkuat
struktur permodalan dan menunjang kelangsungan
kegiatan usaha entitas anak, yakni
PT Cahaya Inti Sentosa, PT Panorama Eka Tunggal,
dan PT Karunia Utama Selaras.
Dengan demikian, jumlah modal ditempatkan dan disetor Perseroan sebelum pelaksanaan PMTHMETD III
adalah sebesar 16.883.595.500 (enam belas miliar delapan ratus delapan puluh tiga juta lima ratus sembilan
puluh lima ribu lima ratus) lembar saham dan meningkat menjadi sebanyak 16.904.501.500 (enam belas
miliar sembilan ratus empat juta lima ratus satu ribu lima ratus) lembar saham setelah pelaksanaan
PMTHMETD III.
Demikian pengumuman ini disampaikan dalam rangka pemenuhan Pasal 43B POJK 14/2019.

CAPITAL INCREASE WITHOUT PRE-EMPTIVE RIGHTS PHASE III
(“PMTHMETD III”)
PT PANTAI INDAH KAPUK DUA TBK (THE “COMPANY”)
To comply with the provisions Article 43B Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan or “OJK”)
Regulation No. 32/POJK.04/2015 on Capital Increase of Public Companies with Pre-emptive Rights as
amended by the OJK Regulation No. 14/POJK.04/2019 on Amendment of OJK Regulation No.
32/POJK.04/2015 on Capital Increase of Public Companies with Pre-emptive Rights, herewith we convey
the implementation result of PMTHMETD III as follows:
1. Total of new shares issued in PMTHMETD III : 20,906,000 (twenty million nine hundred six
thousand) shares with a nominal value of IDR100
(one hundred Indonesian Rupiah) per share
2. Implementation Price of PMTHMETD III : IDR14,350.- (fourteen thousand three hundred fifty
Indonesian Rupiah)
3. Implementation Date of PMTHMETD III : September 2, 2025
4. Listing Date of New Shares of PMTHMETD : September 3, 2025

5. The Party who is the Purchaser of New : PT Multi Artha Pratama (“MAP”)
Shares Pursuant to the PMTHMETD III
6. Use of Proceeds Plan for PMTHMETD III : The funds received will be used to realize the
business plans in accordance of targeted use of
proceeds, particularly to strengthen the capital
structure and support the continuity of business
operations of its subsidiaries, namely
PT Cahaya Inti Sentosa, PT Panorama Eka Tunggal,
and PT Karunia Utama Selaras
Thus, the amount of capital placed and paid up by the Company prior to the implementation of PMTHMETD
III was 16,883,595,500 (sixteen billion eight hundred eighty-three million five hundred ninety-five thousand
five hundred) shares and increased to 16,904,501,500 (sixteen billion nine hundred four million five hundred
one thousand five hundred) shares after the implementation of PMTHMETD III.
This announcement is hereby made in accordance with Article 43B of POJK 14/2019.
