tersebut telah dinyatakan di dalam Akta Pendirian Perseroan
Terbatas No. 44 tanggal 31 Agustus 2025, dibuat dihadapan
Notaris Chrystofer, SH., M.Kn.
Komposisi kepemilikan saham Perseroan di PT. Surya
Mediatama Maxima adalah sebanyak 55% (lima puluh lima
persen) atau senilai Rp. 110.000.000 (seratus sepuluh juta
Rupiah).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dampak terhadap kegiatan operasional:
