Pendirian anak usaha tersebut telah dinyatakan di dalam Akta Pendirian Perseroan Terbatas No. 44 tanggal 31 Agustus 2025, dibuat dihadapan Notaris Chrystofer, SH., M.Kn. 3 Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Description of Material Information or Facts Komposisi kepemilikan saham Perseroan di PT. Surya Mediatama Maxima adalah sebanyak 554 (lima puluh lima persen) atau senilai Rp. 110.000.000 (seratus sepuluh juta Rupiah). The company has established a new subsidiary named PT. Surya Mediatama Maxima. The establishment of this subsidiary is documented in the Deed of Establishment of the Limited Liability Company No. 44 dated August 31, 2025, made before Notary Chrystofer, SH., M.Kn. The Company's ownership composition in PT.
