                                              The Company received the circular resolution of the
 Type of Material Information or Facts        extraordinary shareholders of PT Indobaja Primamurni (IBPM)
                                              on September 1, 2025.
 Description of Material Information or       Beside the decision of approval the Company Financial
 Facts                                        Statements for the Fiscal Years 2021 through 2024, it was also
                                              resolved as follows :

                                              1. Termination of operations in the agricultural equipment
                                              segment. The reason for the termination of this operating
                                              segment is due to the decline in market demand for
                                              agricultural equipment and IBPM losses for five consecutive
                                              years from 2020 to 2024 (based on audited financial
                                              statements). This termination does not have a significant
                                              impact on the Company, as IBPM revenue in 2024 amounted
                                              to Rp 9,368,155,672, representing only 0.30% of the Company
                                              consolidated revenue of Rp 3,165,028,322,638 in 2024.
                                              2. The sale of assets was limited to machinery and equipment,
                                              as these were no longer usable in IBPM operations.
                                              3. The Company will receive dividend income amounting to
                                              IDR 25,331,250,000 (96.5% of the Company ownership share)
                                              , which will be paid no later than October 31, 2025.
                                              4. The management of IBPM has made changes to the
                                              company business objectives and purposes, namely to engage
                                              in the leasing of land and non residential buildings (Real
                                              Estate Owned or Leased).
 Impact of event, material information or     The financial impact on the Company is as follows :

                                              2. There will be no significant impact on the Company
                                              consolidated assets, as it will receive cash from the sale of

                                              25,331,250,000, which can be used for the Company working
                                              capital.
                                              4. The change in IBPM core business activities is expected to
                                              contribute to the Company consolidated revenue.
