Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Champion Pacific Indonesia Tbk telah menyelenggarakan
Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa pada hari Senin 1
September 2025 dengan salah satu keputusannya yaitu
mengalihkan saham hasil pembelian kembali saham
Perseroan, berdasarkan Pasal 6 huruf cc Peraturan Otoritas
Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31 POJK 04 2015 tentang
Keterbukaan atas Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten
atau Perusahaan Publik kami sampaikan bahwa :
Perseroan memutuskan melakukan pengalihan atas saham
hasil pembelian kembali yang dilaksanakan sejak tanggal 23
Juli 2023 hingga 14 Juni 2025 melalui mekanisme
pengurangan modal, yaitu sebanyak 44.423.900 (empat puluh
empat juta empat ratus dua puluh tiga ribu sembilan ratus)
saham yang merupakan seluruh saham telah dibeli oleh
Perseroan (treasury stock)
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Transaksi Pengurangan Modal Perseroan ini tidak berdampak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan merugikan terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, keuangan, dan kelangsungan usaha Perseroan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

shares as result of buyback. Following to this decision, based
on the Financial Services Authority No. 31 POJK04 2015
Article 6 letter cc hereby we convey as follows:
The company decided to conduct transfer of shares as result
of buyback that has been implementing from July 23, 2023 to
June 14, 2025 with 44.423.900 (fourty four million forty
hundred twenty three and nine hundred) shares which is a
whole of shares that has been bought by the company
(treasury stock).
