Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material 1. Hasil RUPST tanggal 16 Mei 2025 mengenai
Persetujuan Perubahan Pengurus Perseroan.
2. PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk telah menerima
keputusan dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) melalui surat
nomor SR-354/PB.02/2025 tanggal 29 Agustus 2025 perihal
Keputusan atas Pengangkatan Pengurus PT Bank Syariah
Indonesia Tbk.
Adapun Salinan Keputusan Dewan Komisioner OJK
menerangkan bahwa OJK menyetujui:
1. Muhadjir Effendy sebagai Komisaris Utama;
2. Anggoro Eko Cahyo sebagai Direktur Utama.
3. Terhadap keputusan OJK tersebut diatas dan berdasarkan
surat laporan kepada Departemen Perbankan Syariah OJK
tertanggal 1 September 2025, dapat kami informasikan bahwa
yang bersangkutan efektif menjabat per tanggal 1 September
2025.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak memiliki dampak material terhadap kelangsungan usaha
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Perseroan

Description of Material Information or 1. Results of the AGMS dated May 16, 2025 regarding
Facts Approval of Changes to the Company's Management
Commissioner.
2. PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk has received a
decision from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) through
letter number SR-354/PB.02/2025 dated August 29, 2025,
regarding the Decision on the Appointment of the Management
of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk.
A copy of the OJK Board of Commissioners' Decision states
that the OJK has approved :
1. Muhadjir Effendy as President Commissioner;
2. Anggoro Eko Cahyo as President Director.
3. Regarding the above decision of the OJK and based
on the report letter to the Sharia Banking Department of the
OJK dated September 1, 2025, we would like to inform you
that they effectively took office on September 1, 2025.
