Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi, dengan ini kami untuk dan atas nama Perseroan menyampaikan Informasi
atau Fakta Material sebagai berikut:

3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, Business Line Consumer Goods
Material (CG) Perseroan terus mencatatkan kerugian, dan hingga saat ini
Description of Information or prospek perbaikannya belum menunjukkan perkembangan yang
Material Facts signifikan. Melanjutkan kegiatan usaha pada lini CG justru
berpotensi terus membebani kinerja keuangan konsolidasian dan
dapat mengganggu keberlangsungan usaha Perseroan secara
keseluruhan.
Oleh karena itu, sebagai langkah strategis untuk menjaga
keberlanjutan usaha dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional,
Perseroan memutuskan untuk menutup Business Line Consumer
Goods (CG) dan memfokuskan sumber daya pada Business Line
Healthcare (HEC) yang dinilai lebih berkelanjutan serta memiliki
potensi pertumbuhan lebih baik.
Sehubungan dengan keputusan ini, Perseroan akan
menyelesaikan seluruh kewajiban yang timbul dari penutupan
kegiatan operasional CG. Dengan demikian, terhitung sejak akhir
Oktober 2025, kegiatan operasional pada Business Line
Consumer Goods (CG) secara resmi dihentikan.
In recent years, the Company’s Consumer Goods (CG) Business
Line has continued to record losses, and its prospects for recovery
have not shown significant improvement. Continuing operations in
the CG line would only risk further dragging down the Company’s
consolidated financial performance and potentially disrupt the
long-term business continuity of the Company.
Therefore, as a strategic measure to safeguard business
sustainability and improve operational efficiency, the Company
has decided to close its Consumer Goods (CG) Business Line and
focus resources on the Healthcare (HEC) Business Line, which is
considered more sustainable and has stronger growth potential.
In connection with this decision, the Company will settle all
obligations arising from the closure of the CG operational
activities. Accordingly, as of the end of October 2025, the

operational activities of the Consumer Goods (CG) Business Line
have been officially terminated.
4. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau Kegiatan operasional Perseroan tetap berjalan sebagaimana
fakta material tersebut mestinya. Perseroan juga tetap berkomitmen untuk memenuhi
terhadap kegiatan operasional, tanggung jawabnya kepada seluruh pemangku kepentingan.
