Dua Anak Usaha SINI Menandatangani
Perjanjian Jasa Pertambangan dengan Petrosea
24 Juli 2026 – PT Singaraja Putra Tbk (IDX: SINI) dengan ini mengumumkan bahwa
pada tanggal 23 Juli 2026, dua anak usaha Perusahaan, yaitu PT Pesona Bara
Cakrawala (PBC) dan PT Cakrawala Bara Persada (CBP), telah menandatangani
Perjanjian Jasa Pertambangan dengan PT Petrosea Tbk (IDX: PTRO). Ruang lingkup
pekerjaan mencakup pengupasan lapisan penutup (overburden removal) dan
penggalian batubara di area tambang yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Kapuas Tengah,
Kabupaten Kapuas, Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Berdasarkan perjanjian tersebut,
durasi pekerjaan berlaku sepanjang umur tambang (life of mine).
Untuk PBC, estimasi volume pengupasan lapisan tanah penutup mencapai sekitar 189
juta BCM dan produksi batubara sebesar 42 juta ton. Dari kegiatan tersebut,
Perusahaan memperkirakan potensi pendapatan sebesar USD 2,604 miliar (untuk
batubara dengan kalori GAR 4.200) atau setara dengan Rp45,57 triliun selama masa
kontrak.
Sementara itu, untuk CBP, estimasi volume pengupasan lapisan tanah penutup
mencapai sekitar 40 juta BCM dan produksi batubara sebesar 8 juta ton, dengan
potensi pendapatan sebesar USD 656 juta (untuk batubara dengan kalori GAR 5.000)
atau setara dengan Rp11,48 triliun selama masa kontrak.

optimal serta penerapan tata kelola pertambangan yang baik (Good Mining Practices),

Two SINI Subsidiaries Enter into
Mining Services Agreements with Petrosea
24 July 2026 – PT Singaraja Putra Tbk (IDX: SINI) hereby announces that on 23 July
2026, two of its subsidiaries, PT Pesona Bara Cakrawala (PBC) and PT Cakrawala Bara
Persada (CBP) entered into Mining Services Agreements with PT Petrosea Tbk (IDX:
PTRO). The scope of work covers overburden removal and coal mining activities at
the mining area located in Kapuas Tengah District, Kapuas Regency, Central
Kalimantan Province. Under the agreements, the agreements will remain in effect for
the life of mine.
For PBC, the estimated overburden removal volume is approximately 189 million BCM,
with estimated coal production of 42 million tons. Based on these estimates, the
Company expects potential revenue of approximately USD 2.604 billion (assuming
coal with a 4,200 GAR calorific value), equivalent to approximately IDR 45.57 trillion
over the contract term.
Meanwhile, for CBP, the estimated overburden removal volume is approximately 40
million BCM, with estimated coal production of 8 million tons. Based on these
estimations, the Company expects potential revenue of approximately USD 656
million (assuming coal with a 5,000 GAR calorific value), equivalent to approximately
IDR 11.48 trillion over the contract term.

targets while promoting the implementation of Good Mining Practices, thereby
