bertindak selaku dan atas nama Dewan
Komisaris Perseroan:

Menyatakan dengan sesungguhnya
bahwa terdapat Transaksi Afiliasi terkait
Penunjukan PT. KB Data Systems
Indonesia dalam pengadaan Renewal
DLP License & Support Tahun 2026 PT
Bank KB Indonesia Tbk dengan nilai Rp.
3.066.067.530 (Tiga miliar enam puluh
enam juta enam puluh tujuh ribu lima
ratus tiga puluh rupiah) sudah termasuk
PPN.

Adapun transaksi tersebut :

a report on Affiliated Transactions as
referred to in the Financial Services
Authority Regulation (POJK)
No.42/POJK.04/2020 dated July 2, 2020
concerning Affiliated Transactions and
Conflict of Interest — Transactions,
Specifically — Chapter Il Affiliated
Transactions, Third Section-Disclosure of
Information (Article 10 letter i), we hereby
act as and on behalf of the Board of
Commissioners of the Company:

Hereby declare that there is a Related
Party Transaction in connection with the
appointment of PT KB Data Systems
Indonesia for the Procurement of the
2026 DLP License Renewal and Support
of PT Bank KB Indonesia Tbk, with a
transaction value of IDR 3,066,067,530
(Indonesian Rupiah Three Billion Sixty-
Six Million Sixty-Seven Thousand Five
Hundred Thirty Only), inclusive of Value
Added Tax (VAT).

The details of the transaction are as
follows:

2. All material information has been
disclosed and the information is not
misleading.
