                      Petrosea Strengthens Strategic Position
                           in the Mining Sector Through
                           Investment in Singaraja Putra

      Jakarta, 24 July 2026 – PT Petrosea Tbk (IDX: PTRO), a multidisciplinary company with a track
      record of more than five decades in providing integrated services through its Mining Services,
      EPC, Offshore Oil & Gas EPCI, as well as Logistics & Support Services business lines, hereby
      announces that on 23 July 2026, it completed its participation in the Rights Issue conducted
      by PT Singaraja Putra Tbk (IDX: SINI) through a capital injection of approximately
      Rp 1.19 trillion. Following the completion of the transaction, Petrosea's share ownership in
      SINI has increased to 19.88%.

      In line with this strategic initiative, Petrosea has also completed the divestment of its 99.99%
      share ownership in PT Kemilau Mulia Sakti (KMS) to SINI. KMS holds an equity interest in
      PT Cristian Eka Pratama (CEP), a coal mining company and the holder of a Mining Business
      License for Production Operations (IUP-OP), with mining operations located in West Kutai
      Regency, East Kalimantan Province.

      Upon completion of the transaction, CEP, which was previously part of Petrosea's portfolio,
      has become part of SINI as one of the use of proceeds from its Rights Issue. The addition of
      CEP further strengthens SINI's mining asset portfolio, which already includes PT Persada
      Kapuas Prima (PKP), PT Pasir Bara Prima (PBP), PT Pesona Bara Cakrawala (PBC) and PT
      Cakrawala Bara Persada (CBP), all located in Central Kalimantan Province, in which CEP, PBP,
      PBC and CBP are also mining services clients of Petrosea.
