Agustus 2025 perihal Permintaan Penjelasan atas
Volatilitas Transaksi Efek ("Surat"). Melalui surat
ini
kami bermaksud untuk menyampaikan
tanggapan PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk
(“Perseroan”) dengan mengutip pertanyaan dari
BEI sebagai berikut:

Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya
informasi atau fakta material yang dapat
mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau
keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana
diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa

Tanggapan Perseroan:
Pada tanggal surat ini, Perseroan
mengonfirmasi bahwa Perseroan tidak
mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta
material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek
perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal
yang belum diungkapkan oleh Perseroan
kepada publik atau belum berada pada ranah
publik.
Seluruh informasi atau fakta material yang
dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan
atau keputusan investasi pemodal

We refer to the Letter of the Indonesia Stock
Exchange ("IDX") No. S-09923/BEI. PP2/08-
2025 dated 27 August 2025 regarding Reguest
for Explanation of Volatility in Securities
Transactions ("Letter"). Through this letter we
intend to convey the response of PT Amman
Mineral Internasional Tbk ("Company") by
guoting guestions from IDX as follows:

information or facts that may affect the
value of the company's securities or
investors' investment decisions as

As of the date of this letter, the Company
confirms that it is not aware of any material
information or facts which may affect the
value of the company's securities or
investors' investment decisions that have

AMMAN amman.co.id 21X 4. disampaikan oleh Perseroan melalui situs web BEI dan Perseroan Laporan terakhir yang disampaikan oleh Perseroan adalah sebagaimana disampaikan Perseroan melalui Surat Perseroan No. 057/AMI/VIII/2025 perihal Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka tanggal 29 Agustus 2025 (“Laporan Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham"). Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Nomor I-E: Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi ketentuan butir point III.21. dan IV.24. Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021. Tanggapan Perseroan: Sesuai dengan tanggapan Perseroan pada No. 1, tidak terdapat informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal yang belum disampaikan oleh Perseroan kepada publik. Informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik. Tanggapan Perseroan: Pada tanggal surat ini, tidak adainformasi atau fakta atau kejadian penting lainnya yang menurut Perseroan material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan oleh Perseroan kepada publik atau belum berada di ranah publik. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor PT AMMAN MINERAL INTERNASIONAL TBK MENARA KARYA 6TH LEVEL, JALAN H.R. RASUNA SAID BLOK X-5 KAV. 1-2 JAKARTA, INDONESIA 12950 NNN Public Companies have been submitted by the Company through the IDX and the Company's websites. The latest report submitted by the Company is as conveyed by the Company through the Company's Letter No. 057/AMI/VIII/2025 regarding Report on Share Ownership or Change of Share Ownership of a Public Company dated 29 August 2025 (“Report on Share Ownership Changes”). Whether the Company is aware of any material information or facts that may affect the value of the company's securities or investors' investment decisions as stipulated in Regulation Number I-E: Obligation to Submit Information provisions point 1|1.2.1. and IV.2.1. of the Appendix to the Decision of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/IDX/01-2021. Company's Response: Inaccordance with the Company's response in No. 1, there is no material information or facts that may affect the value of the company's securities or investors' investment decisions that have not been conveyed by the Company to the public. Other important information/facts/events that are material and may affect the price of the Company's securities and the continuity of the Company that have not been disclosed to the public. Company's Response: As of the date of this letter, there is noother important information or facts or events that the Company believes are material and may affect the price of the Company's securities and the continuityof the Company that have not been disclosed by the Company to the public or have not been in the public domain. Tanggapan Perseroan: Selain dari laporan yang diterima dan telah disampaikan oleh Perseroan sebagaimana tercantum dalam Laporan Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham, sepanjang pengetahuan Perseroan, tidak ada aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sesuai dengan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 11/POJK.04/2017 tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka sebagaimana dicabut oleh Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 4 Tahun 2024 tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka dan Laporan Aktivitas Menjaminkan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka, terkait dengan kepemilikan saham pada Perseroan. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk 5. melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)? Tanggapan Perseroan: Pada tanggal surat ini, Perseroan tidak memiliki rencana dalam waktu dekat untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di BEI. Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait 6. dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut. Ianggapan Perseroan: Sebagai informasi, sepanjang pengetahuan Perseroan, tidak ada pemegang saham utama Perseroan yang merupakan pihak yang memiliki paling sedikit 20X (dua puluh persen) hak suara dari seluruh saham yang mempunyai hak suara yang dikeluarkan PT AMMAN MINERAL INTERNASIONAL TBK MENARA KARYA 6TH LEVEL, JALAN H.R. RASUNA SAID BLOK X-5 KAV. 1-2 JAKARTA, INDONESIA 12950 NNN Regulation ' Number 11/POJK.04/2017 concerning Report on Share Ownership or Any Change in Share Ownership of Public Companies. Company's Response: Apart from the report received and submitted by the Companyas set forth in the Report on Share Ownership Changes, to the best of the Company's knowledge, there is no activity from certain shareholders in accordance with the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas — Jasa — Keuangan) Regulation No. 11/POJK.04/2017 concerning Report on Share Ownership or Any Change in Share Ownership of Public Companies as revoked by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) Regulation No. 40of 2024 concerning Report on Share Ownership or Changes to Share Ownership in a Public Company and Report on Public Company Share Encumbrance Activity, related to share ownership in the Company. Does the Company have plans to take corporate actions in the near future, including corporate plans that will result in the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange (at least in the next 3 months)? Company's Response: As of the date of this letter, the Company has no immediate plans to undertake corporate action that would result in the listing of the Company's shares on the IDX. The main shareholder's plan related to its Shareholding in the Company. In this case, reguesting the Corporate Secretary to obtain prior confirmation from the main shareholders in confirming the gueries.
