EGMS Appoints New Management of the Company,
PGN Strengthen Strategic Steps in the National Natural Gas Ecosystem
Jakarta, August 27, 2025 – PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN) held an Extraordinary
General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on Wednesday (08/27/25) at the PGN Office in
Jakarta, with the sole agenda being changes to the Company's management.
The decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, based on approximately
77.98% of the votes cast by attending shareholders, established the following changes to
the Company's management:

Commissioners and Directors who have successfully led PGN in achieving its outstanding
performance in recent years," said Fajriyah Usman, Corporate Secretary of PGN.
The new leadership at PGN is expected to steer PGN toward great solidity and agility in
navigating the challenges of economic and energy sector dynamics. PGN's primary role in
distributing natural gas to all customer sectors will continue.
PGN remains committed to expanding integrated natural gas infrastructure to ensure
accessible and affordability for the public. New initiatives will complement PGN's core

business operation, with the objective of delivering greater added value for both the nation
and society.
“PGN will also continue to pursue diversification of its natural gas business to optimize the
role of natural gas in accelerating the energy transition towards Net Zero Emissions. Support
from the Government and all stakeholders will further strengthen PGN in achieving its
objectives in natural gas utilization for national energy security,” Fajriyah concluded.
