Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material JAKARTA, 25 AGUSTUS 2025. PT Champ Resto Indonesia
Tbk (ENAK atau CRI Group) telah mengumumkan rencana
CRI Group untuk melakukan pembelian saham kembali atau
share buy back dengan nilai maksimum Rp 7 miliar selama
periode 13 Agustus 2025 sampai dengan 7 November 2025.
Manajemen menilai bahwa inisiatif share buyback ini
merefleksikan tingkat confidence CRI Group atas strategi
jangka panjang yang diterapkan, sekaligus didorong kondisi
kondisi pasar modal untuk saham ENAK. Adapun keterangan
mengenai pembelian kembali saham ini akan menggunakan
kas internal CRI Group dengan tetap memperhatikan
dampaknya terhadap pertumbuhan, inovasi, dan operasional
CRI Group. Informasi lebih lanjut mengenai buyback dapat
dilihat pada Keterbukaan Informasi CRI Group.
Berdasarkan data dari Badan Pusat Statistik, semester
pertama 2025 ditutup dengan pertumbuhan Pendapatan
Domestik Bruto (PDB) sebesar 5,12% YoY. Tingkat inflasi per
Juni 2025 masih dalam proyeksi Bank Indonesia sebesar
1,87% YoY. Namun secara industri restoran, tren belanja
konsumen masih terdampak dari kecemasan masyarakat
terkait biaya hidup yang terus naik masih menjadi tantangan
bagi industri restoran. Menanggapi tantangan industri ini, CRI
Group optimis bahwa keadaan industri akan membaik dan
dalam menghadapi hal ini ke depannya, ekspansi outlet
melalui metode outlet acquisition baru dan peluncuran digital
platform CRI Super App menjadi strategi utama yang
dipercaya akan memperluas jangkauan konsumen ke
depannya. Selain itu, optimalisasi biaya dan efisiensi
operasional juga menjadi inisiatif manajemen untuk
mendukung kinerja CRI Group.
Berbekal dengan strategi yang dijalankan, melalui buyback ini,
CRI Group berharap dapat meningkatkan nilai pemegang
saham di pasar sekunder sekaligus menggaris bawahi
optimisme CRI Group dengan strategi barunya.

Description of Material Information or JAKARTA, 25 AUGUST 2025. PT Champ Resto Indonesia Tbk
Facts (ENAK or the CRI Group) has announced CRI Groups plan to
conduct a share buyback with a maximum value of IDR 7
billion during the period from 13 August 2025 to 7 November
2025. Management believes this share buyback initiative
reflects CRI Groups confidence in its long-term strategy, while
also being driven by the current capital market conditions for
ENAK shares. The buyback will be funded using CRI Groups
internal cash, while still considering its impact on growth,
innovation, and operations. Further information on the buyback

According to data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS),
the first half of 2025 closed with a Gross Domestic Product
(GDP) growth of 5.12% year-on-year. Inflation as of June 2025
remained within Bank Indonesias projection at 1.87% year-on-
year. However, within the restaurant industry, consumer
spending trends are still affected by public concerns over rising
living costs, which remains a challenge for the sector.
In response to these industry challenges, CRI Group remains
optimistic that conditions will improve. Moving forward, outlet
expansion through a new outlet acquisition method and the
launch of the CRI Super App digital platform will be the main
strategies believed to help broaden consumer reach.
Additionally, cost optimization and operational efficiency are
also management initiatives aimed at supporting CRI Groups
performance.
With the strategies in place, through this buyback, CRI Group
hopes to enhance shareholder value in the secondary market
while also underscoring the Groups optimism about its new
strategies.
