The Company has obtained the Decree of the

Ihe Approval of the Amendment to the Articles of
Association of PT AEP PINAGO PLANTATIONS
Tbk, approving the change of the Company's name

ditetapkan pada tanggal 20 Juli 2026 dan
disampaikan kepada Perseroan pada tanggal 21
Juli 2026.

tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum,
kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha
Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik untuk perubahan
nama perseroan.

Dampak terhadap kegiatan operasional :
Perubahan nama Perseroan tidak memiliki
dampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional
Perseroan. Selain penyesuaian administratif atas
nama Perusahaan pada dokumen, perizinan, dan
dokumen lainnya yang berhubungan sesuai
dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang
berlaku.

Dampak hukum :

Tidak terdapat dampak hukum yang material
selain penyesuaian administratif atas nama
Perseroan pada dokumen, perizinan, dan
dokumen lainnya yang berhubungan sesuai
ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang
berlaku.

Dampak Kondisi Keuangan :

Perubahan nama Perseroan tidak memiliki
dampak material terhadap kondisi keuangan
Perseroan,

Dampak kelangsungan usaha Emiten Atau
Perusahaan Publik :

Perubahan nama Perseroan tidak memiliki
dampak material terhadap kelangsungan usaha
Perseroan. Perubahan nama tersebut diharapkan
dapat memperkuat identitas korporasi dan
branding Perseroan secara tidak langsung.

Plantations Tbk. The Decree was issued on 20 July
2026 and was received by the Company on 21 July
2026.

Company's Operational Activities, Legal Aspects,

relation to the Company's Name Change

Impact on Operational Activities:

There is no material legal impact arising from the
change of the Company's name, other than the
administrative updating of the Company's name in
relevant documents, licences and records in
accordance with the applicable laws and
regulations.

Legal Impact:

Impact on Financial Condition:

The Company's name change does not have any
material impact on the Company's financial
condition .

Impact on the Business Continuity of the Issuer or
Public Company:

The Company's name change does not have any
material impact on its business continuity. The
name change is expected to indirectly strengthen
the Company's corporate identity and branding.
