Volatilitas Saham, tidak terdapat aktivitas dari
pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur
dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor
11/POJK.04/2017 tentang Laporan Kepemilikan
atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham
Perusahaan Terbuka.

As of the date of this Letter, the Company is not
aware of any material information or facts during
the Volatility that could affect the value of
company's shares or investment decisions from the
investors.

In the event that there are any information or
material facts, the Company will submit the
Disclosure Information to the Financial Service
Authority, IDX and public as regulated in Rule
Number I-E: Obligation to Submit Information,
provisions of points IIL21 and IV.21 of
Attachment to the Decision of the Directors of PT
Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00066/BE1/09-2022
dated 30 September 2022.

Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk
melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu
dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan
berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham
Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan
mendatang)?

Sampai dengan tanggal Surat ini, Perseroan tidak
memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan
korporasi dalam waktu dekat dalam bentuk
apapun yang berakibat terhadap pencatatan
saham Perseroan di Bursa.

Apakah terdapat rencana pemegang saham
pengendali dan utama terkait dengan
kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan? Dalam
hal ini, Corporate Secretary menanyakan
terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham
Pengendali dan utama dalam menjawab
konfirmasi tersebut.

Berdasarkan konfirmasi yang telah dilakukan
dengan Pemegang Saham Pengendali dan Utama
sebelumnya, Perseroan dengan ini menyampaikan
bahwa Pemegang Saham Pengendali dan Utama
memiliki kepercayaan yang tinggi atas prospek
bisnis Perseroan di bidang pelayanan kesehatan,
namun Pemegang Saham Pengendali dan Utama
belum memiliki rencana untuk meningkatkan
kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.

5. Does the Company have plans to take
corporate actions in the near future, including
corporate plans that will result in the listing of
the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange
(at least within the next 3 months)?

As of the date of this Letter, the Company has no
plans to take any corporate actions in the near
future which will result in the listing of the
Company's shares on the Stock Exchange.

6. Do the controlling and major shareholders
have any intentions regarding their share
ownership in the Company? In this case, the
Corporate Secretary will first consult with the
controlling and major shareholders to provide
this confirmation.

Based on prior confirmations with the Controlling
and Major Shareholder, the Company would like
to convey that the Controlling and Major
Shareholder has a strong confidence in the
Company 's future prospects within the healthcare
sector, however the Controlling and Major
Shareholder has no plan to increase their share
ownership in the Company.
