Berikut adalah penjelasan tanggapan tertulis dari Perseroan mengenai hal-hal sebagai berikut:

The following is the Company’s written response and explanation regarding the following matters:



1. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek
   perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan
   Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 Tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Atau Fakta Material Oleh Emiten Atau Perusahaan
   Publik?

   Does the Company have knowledge of any material information or facts that may affect the value of the
   Company’s securities or investors’ investment decisions as stipulated in the Financial Services Authority
   Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by Issuers or Public
   Companies?


   Penjelasan:
   Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi harga saham
   maupun keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana dimaksud dalam POJK No. 31/POJK.04/2015 maupun
   Peraturan Nomor I-E BEI.

   Explanation:
   The Company is not aware of any material information or facts that may affect the share price or investors’
   investment decisions as referred to in FSA Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 or IDX Regulation No. I-E.

2. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau
   keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Nomor I-E: Kewajiban
   Penyampaian Informasi ketentuan butir point III.2.1. dan IV.2.1. Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek
   Indonesia Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021?

   Does the Company have knowledge of any material information or facts that may affect the value of the
   Company’s securities or investors’ investment decisions as stipulated in IDX Regulation No. I-E: Obligation to
   Submit Information, provisions point III.2.1. and IV.2.1. of atau fakta material the Attachment to the Decree of
   the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021?

   Penjelasan:
   Sampai dengan saat ini Perseroan belum menerima informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi
   nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Nomor I-E:
   Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi ketentuan butir point III.2.1. dan IV.2.1. Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT
   Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021

   Explanation:
   Up to this time, the Company has not received any material information or facts that may affect the value of
   the Company’s securities or investors’ investment decisions as stipulated in IDX Regulation No. I-E: Obligation

   to Submit Information, provisions point III.2.1. and IV.2.1. of the Attachment to the Decree of the Board of
   Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021.

3. Informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta
   kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada public

   Other material information/facts/events that may affect the Company’s share price and the Company’s going
   concern which have not been disclosed to the public.

   Penjelasan:

   Selain hal-hal yang telah disampaikan kepada publik melalui keterbukaan informasi, tidak terdapat
   informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan belum diungkapkan yang dapat mempengaruhi
   harga efek maupun kelangsungan usaha Perseroan

   Explanation:
   Apart from the matters that have been disclosed to the public through information disclosure, there is no
   other material information/facts/events that have not been disclosed which could affect the share price or the
   Company’s business continuity.

4. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam
   Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap
   Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka.

   Does the Company have knowledge of any activities by certain shareholders as regulated in the Financial
   Services Authority Regulation No. 11/POJK.04/2017 concerning Reports on Ownership or Any Changes in
   Ownership of Shares of Public Companies?

   Penjelasan:
   Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas transaksi dari pemegang saham tertentu yang wajib dilaporkan
   sebagaimana diatur dalam POJK No. 11/POJK.04/2017.

   Explanation:
   The Company is not aware of any transaction activities by specific shareholders that are required to be
   reported as stipulated in FSA Regulation No. 11/POJK.04/2017.

5. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk
   rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3
   bulan mendatang)?

   Does the Company have any plans to carry out corporate actions in the near future, including corporate plans
   that may affect the listing of the Company’s shares on the Exchange (at least within the next 3 months)?

   Penjelasan:

                                       Perseroan tidak memiliki rencana tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap
                                       pencatatan saham di Bursa, baik dalam 3 (tiga) bulan mendatang maupun saat ini.



                                       Explanation:
                                       The Company does not have any corporate action plans in the near future that could affect the listing of its
                                       shares on the Exchange, either within the next three (3) months or at present.



                                   6. Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini,
                                      Corporate Secretary agar menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab
                                      konfirmasi tersebut.


                                      Plans of major shareholders related to their ownership of shares in the Company. In this regard, the Corporate
                                      Secretary is to first inquire with the major shareholders before responding to this confirmation.


                                       Penjelasan:
                                       Berdasarkan konfirmasi yang telah kami lakukan kepada pemegang saham utama Perseroan sampai dengan
                                       saat ini, tidak ada rencana perubahan kepemilikan saham.

                                       Explanation:

                                      Based on the confirmation we have obtained from the Company’s major shareholders up to this time, there are
                                      no plans to change their share ownership.
