            PGN Ensures 100% Optimal Service for Industrial Customers

PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN) as Pertamina Gas Subholding, assures that the
supply of natural gas to industrial customers is fully normal, with 100% supply. Supply
strengthening has been implemented since mid-August, so no restrictions are in place.

PGN Corporate Secretary, Fajriyah Usman, stated that this supply strengthening is
inseparable from the full support of the Government in additional supplies, including the
Natuna gas swap, optimization of gas and LNG supplies, and collaboration with various
relevant stakeholders. This synergy is an important foundation for PGN to ensure the
reliability of clean energy supply and services for all customer sectors, especially industry.

"PGN is always committed to optimizing the fulfillment of natural gas energy needs. With
normal gas distribution conditions, we can focus even more on supporting our customers'
operational activities and maintaining the contribution of natural gas in driving national
economic growth," said Fajriyah.

stabilization process. Going forward, PGN continues to strengthen its infrastructure and
services so that environmentally friendly energy supplies can be distributed reliably and
