Dengan ini PT AKR Corporindo Tbk ("Perseroan")
menyampaikan bahwa berdasarkan Keputusan Direksi
Perseroan pada tanggal 21 Juli 2026 dan Persetujuan
Dewan Komisaris pada tanggal 21 Juli 2026 terkait
dengan pembagian Dividen Interim untuk tahun buku
2026, kami sampaikan rincian sebagai berikut:
Besarnya Dividen Interim yang akan dibayar adalah Rp.
50,- per lembar saham. Dengan memperhatikan jumlah
saham yang berhak atas dividen pada recording date,
total nilai Dividen Interim diperkirakan sebesar
#Rp1.003.673.730.000. Apabila terdapat perubahan
jumlah saham yang berhak atas dividen pada recording
date sehingga mempengaruhi total nilai Dividen Interim,
Perseroan akan menyampaikan pembaharuan kepada
pihak terkait sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.

With due respect,
PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (the “Company") conveys that
based on the Decision of the Board of Directors of the
Company dated 21 July 2026 and approval from Board of “
Commissioners dated 21 July 2026 related to the
distribution of Interim Dividends for the financial year
2026, we submit the following details:
The Interim Dividend to be distributed amounts to IDR 50
per share. Based on the number of shares entitled to
receive the dividend as of the recording date, the total
Interim Dividend is estimated to be
IDR£1,003,673,730,000. Should there be any change in «
the number of Shares entitled to receive the dividend as
of the recording date that affects the total amount of the
Interim Dividend, the Company will provide an update to
the relevant parties in accordance with the applicable
regulations.
