Sehubungan dengan rencana Perseroan untuk menyampaikan Laporan Transaksi Afiliasi dan Transaksi Material, merujuk kepada Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (POJK) No. 42/POJK.04/2020 tentang Transaksi Afiliasi dan Transaksi Benturan Kepentingan serta Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 17/POJK.04/2020 tentang Transaksi Material dan Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha, terkait dengan Keterbukaan Informasi yang sebagaimana diwajibkan, dengan ini kami bertindak selaku dan atas nama Dewan Komisaris Perseroan: Menyatakan dengan sesungguhnya bahwa: 1. Transaksi Pelunasan Pinjaman PT Bank KB Indonesia Tbk (“Perseroan”) kepada Kookmin Bank Co. Ltd. Cabang Singapura (“KBSG”) adalah Transaksi Material yang tidak mengandung benturan kepentingan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan mengenai Transaksi Afiliasi dan — Transaksi Benturan Kepentingan, 2. Transaksi Pelunasan Pinjaman Perseroan kepada KBSG adalah Transaksi Afiliasi yang tidak mengandung Benturan Kepentingan, dan 3. Loan Repayment Transaction of PT Bank KB Indonesia Tbk (the “Company”) to Kookmin Bank Co. Ltd. Singapore Branch (“KBSG”) is a Material Transaction that doesn't contain conflicts of interest as referred to in the Financial Services Authority Regulation regarding Affiliated Transactions and Conflict of Interest Transactions: 2. Loan Repayment Transaction of the Company to KBSG is an Affiliated Transaction that doesn't contain Conflict of Interest, and 3. All material information has been disclosed and the information is not misleading. tb
