Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan berencana untuk melanjutkan pembelian kembali
saham atas saham-saham yang telah dikeluarkan oleh
Perseroan dan tercatat pada PT Bursa Efek Indonesia ("BEI").
Ini merupakan perpanjangan dari rencana pembelian kembali
saham yang dilakukan Perseroan antara 23 Mei - 22 Agustus
2025.
Jangka waktu pembelian kembali saham tersebut akan dimulai
pada tanggal 25 Agustus 2025 sampai dengan tanggal 20
November 2025 namun dapat berakhir sebelum batas waktu
apabila pembelian kembali saham telah selesai.
Perkiraan jumlah maksimal biaya Pembelian Kembali Saham
adalah sebesar Rp.4.500.000.000,- termasuk biaya-biaya
perantara pedagang efek dan biaya lainnya sehubungan
dengan pembelian kembali saham.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pelaksanaan pembelian kembali saham diperkirakan akan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan berdampak minimal terhadap kegiatan usaha, operasional,
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, dan pertumbuhan Perseroan dikarenakan dana yang
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau dialokasikan untuk pembelian kembali saham tidak material
Perusahaan Publik dan dengan demikian akan berdampak minimal terhadap
persyaratan modal kerja Perseroan.

Share Buyback Plan PT Ashmore Asset Management
Type of Material Information or Facts Indonesia Tbk
Description of Material Information or The Company intends to continue buy back shares issued by
Facts the Company that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange
("IDX"). This is an extension from share buyback plan that the
Company conducted between 23 May - 22 August 2025.
The Share Buyback period is from 22 August to 20 November
2025 (inclusive), however the Share Buyback period may end
earlier in the event that the Share Buyback has been
completed.
The approximate maximum cost of the Share Buyback is
Rp.4,500,000,000 including brokerage fees and other costs
related to the Share Buyback.
Impact of event, material information or The implementation of the Share Buyback is expected to have
facts towards Issuers or Public minimal impact on the Company's business activities,
Company’s operational activities, legal, operations and growth as the allocated funds for the Share
financial condition, or going concern Buyback are immaterial and therefore shall have minimal
impact on the working capital requirements of the Company.
