Subject: Response of PT Centratama Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (the “Company”) in
         relation to Request for Explanation on Securities Transaction Volatility

Dear Sir/Madam,

Surat ini kami sampaikan berdasarkan Surat PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. S-09715/BEI.PP2/08-
2025 perihal Permintaan Penjelasan atas Volatilitas Transaksi Efek, yang diterima Perseroan
pada tanggal 21 Agustus 2025 melalui Sarana Pelaporan Elektronik Terintegrasi Emiten dan
Perusahaan Publik, selanjutnya disebut dengan (“Surat Bursa”).
We are submitting this letter in response to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (“IDX”) Letter
No. S-09715/BEI.PP2/08-2025 regarding the Request for Explanation on Securities Transaction
Volatility, which was received by the Company on August 21, 2025, through the Integrated
Electronic Reporting Facility for Issuers and Public Companies (the “IDX Letter”).

Sehubungan dengan permintaan penjelasan yang disampaikan dalam Surat Bursa, dengan ini
kami untuk dan atas nama Perseroan menyampaikan tanggapan sebagai berikut:
In response to the request for explanation outlined in the IDX Letter, we hereby for and on behalf of
the Company, submit the following response:

    1. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat
       mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana
       diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang
       Keterbukaan Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik?
        Is the Company aware of any information or material facts that may affect the value of
        the company’s securities or investors' investment decisions, as stipulated in Financial
        Services Authority Regulation Number 31/POJK.04/2015 on Disclosure of Information
        or Material Facts by Issuers or Public Companies (“POJK 31/2015”)?

     Perseroan tidak memiliki informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai
     efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam POJK
     31/2015.

2. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat
   mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana
   diatur dalam Peraturan Nomor I-E: Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi ketentuan butir
   point III.2.1. dan IV.2.1. Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-
   00015/BEI/01-2021?
   Is the Company aware of any information or material facts that may affect the value of the
   company's securities or investors' investment decisions as stipulated in Regulation Number
   I-E: Obligation to Submit Information provisions point III.2.1. and IV.2.1. Attachment to the
   Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021?

     Jawaban Perseroan/Company’s Response:
     Perseroan tidak memiliki informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai
     efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan
     Nomor I-E: Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi ketentuan butir point III.2.1. dan IV.2.1.
     Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021.
     The Company does not have any information or material facts that may affect the value of

3. Informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga
   efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada
   publik.
   Other important information/facts/events that are material and may affect the price of the
   Company's securities and the Company’s sustainability that have not been disclosed to the
   public.

     Jawaban Perseroan/Company’s Response:
     Sampai dengan dibuatnya surat ini, Perseroan tidak memiliki informasi/fakta/kejadian
     penting lainnya yang material selain yang sudah disampaikan kepada publik.
     As of the date of this letter, the Company has no material information/facts/events other
     than those that have already been disclosed to the public.

4.    Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu
     sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017
     tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan
     Terbuka.

       Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 11/POJK.04/2017 regarding the Reporting of
       Ownership or Changes in Share Ownership of Public Companies?

       Jawaban Perseroan/Company’s Response:
       Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu
       sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017
       tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan
       Terbuka.
       The Company is not aware of any activities conducted by certain shareholders as stipulated
       in Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 11/POJK.04/2017 regarding the Reporting of
       Ownership or Changes in Share Ownership of Public Companies.

   5. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu
      dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham
      Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?
      Does the Company have any plans to undertake corporate actions in the near future,
      including any corporate plans that may affect the listing of the Company's shares on the
      Exchange (at least within the next 3 months)?

       Jawaban Perseroan/Company’s Response:
       Sampai dengan saat ini Perseroan belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan
       korporasi, termasuk rencana korporasi yag berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham
       Perseroan di Bursa.
       As of the date of this letter, the Company has no plans to undertake any corporate actions,
       including corporate plans that may affect the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock
       Exchange.
