b. Tujuan penambahan pinjaman bank/Purpose of the additional bank loans.

Jawaban/Answer:

Tujuan penambahan pinjaman bank untuk keperluan pembiayaan akuisisi 10055 saham
perusahaan Mulford Holdings Pty Ltd, Australia pada Juni 2024/ The purpose of the
additional bank loans was to financing the acguisition of 10096 of Mulford Holdings Pty Ltd,
Australia shares in June 2024.

c. Sumber pendanaan yang akan digunakan oleh Perseroan untuk memenuhi kewajiban Bank
yang akan jatuh tempo sebesar Rp568,77 miliar, mengingat Perseroan hanya membukukan
kas dan setara kas sebesar Rp291,93 miliar per 31 Desember 2024/ Sources of funding to
be used by the Company to meet bank obligations maturing in the amount of IDR 568.77
billion, considering that the Company only recorded cash and cash eguivalents of IDR 291.93
billion as of December 31, 2024.

Sumber pendanaan yang digunakan untuk memenuhi kewajiban bank yang akan jatuh
tempo berasal dari dana kas dan setara kas yang berasal dari hasil operasional Perusahaan
selama tahun berjalan/ The sources of funding to meet the maturing bank obligations will
be derived from cash and cash eguivalents generated from the Company's operations
during the current year.

2. Sehubungan dengan liabilitas sewa Perseroan, agar dapat disampaikan latar belakang
kenaikan liabilitas sewa Perseroan sebesar 85,70X atau Rp577,04 miliar pada periode 31
Desember 2024/ In relation to the Company's lease liabilities, please provide the background
of the increase in the Company's lease liabilities by 85.709 or IDR 577.04 billion as of December
31, 2024.

Kenaikan disebabkan oleh perpanjangan masa sewa yang telah jatuh tempo untuk keperluan
operasional Perusahaan/ The increase was due to the extension of the expired lease for the
Company's operations purposes.

3. Sehubungan dengan Persediaan Perseroan, agar disampaikan:
a. Latar belakang kenaikan cadangan kerugian penurunan nilai persediaan sebesar 14,754
atau Rp5,89 miliar pada periode 30 Juni 2025/ Background of the increase in allowance for
impairment losses on inventories by 14.754 or IDR 5.89 billion as of June 30, 2025.

Kenaikan cadangan kerugian penurunan nilai persediaan ini merupakan pencadangan rutin
berdasarkan umur persediaan yang dimiliki oleh Perseroan/ The increase in allowance for
impairment losses on inventories represents a routine provision based on the aging of the
Company's inventories.

b. Penjelasan atas aset real estate yang dibukukan Perseroan pada pos persediaan berupa
tanah dan bangunan/Explanation of the real estate assets recorded by the Company under
inventories in the form of land and buildings.

Aset real estate yang dibukukan oleh Perseroan adalah tanah dan bangunan yang dimiliki
dan dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk menghasilkan pendapatan melalui penjualan
