   PGN Gas Supply Continues to Improve, Industry Resumes Operations

Jakarta – PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN) continues to reinforce its
commitment to maintaining reliable national gas supply through infrastructure
optimization and with the full support of the government and key stakeholders. Gas
pressure in the pipeline network has now returned to normal and stability is being
maintained. With this progress, customers in several areas of West Java who were
previously affected have resumed operations.

PGN’s Corporate Secretary, Fajriyah Usman, stated that the entire Board of
Directors is closely monitoring operational developments in West Java and parts of
Sumatra in real-time through the Jakarta-based digital Integrated Monitoring Center.
This monitoring forms part of PGN’s continuous efforts to ensure smooth and
reliable gas distribution.

“Alhamdulillah, we are grateful for the support extended by the Ministry of Energy
and Mineral Resources, SKK Migas, PT Pertamina (Persero), and all stakeholders.
The additional gas supply has strengthened infrastructure reliability, and deliveries
to customers will continue on a sustainable basis. We sincerely appreciate the
cooperation and understanding of our customers in managing gas consumption,
which has played a vital role in supporting system stabilization,” said Fajriyah.

She added that fulfilling customer energy needs remains PGN’s highest priority. At
this stage, PGN continues to enhance infrastructure reliability and safety to ensure
the optimal delivery of natural gas. All mitigation measures are implemented in
accordance with good corporate governance principles, while maintaining strict
adherence to HSSE standards.

“PGN recognizes that energy is a cornerstone of customer productivity. Therefore,
we remain fully committed to ensuring supply reliability and reinforcing gas
infrastructure to meet both immediate and long-term requirements,” Fajriyah
concluded.
