  Full Government Support in Strengthening Gas Supply, PGN Operations Remain
                                    Reliable

Jakarta, 17 August 2025 – PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN), with strong support
from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), SKK Migas, PT Pertamina
(Persero), and other stakeholders, has taken the necessary measures to safeguard the
reliability and stability of gas supply for customers in West Java and parts of Sumatra.

Gas pressure across the pipeline network is gradually stabilizing following the injection of
additional supply into the system. Further confirmed supply allocations will also be utilized
to strengthen operational reliability and ensure consistent service to customers.

“This demonstrates PGN’s synergy with key stakeholders in stabilizing and reinforcing gas
supply to secure continuous service for our customers,” said PGN Corporate Secretary,
Fajriyah Usman.

PGN continues to prioritize the availability of natural gas to support the operations of all
customers, especially the industrial sector, which plays a vital role in driving national
economic growth.

In line with efforts to maintain supply stability, PGN also reminds customers of the
importance of prudent gas consumption.

“PGN values the government’s full support and ongoing collaboration with all stakeholders.
We will continue to coordinate actively to secure sustainable solutions for gas supply,”
Fajriyah added.
